This medley is amazing, it was the first time Cher sang her #1 hits as a medley. She wouldn't perform it again until the Do You Believe Tour in 1999. Thanks for uploading this gem!

It was rare for Cher to sing her hits in her TV Shows. She performed her big early 70s hits on The Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour. In 1976 she performed Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down) on The Sonny & Cher Show. This medley was a gift for all the fans who asked her to perform Gypsys, Half-Breed or Dark Lady. She did the 3 of them all together

Sorry to hear about Cher's mom, she seemed like a sweet lady.

This brings back so many memories of watching her on "The Sonny & Cher Show", when variety shows were "must see" TV! The range of singers and bands then was incredible.
I have seen Cher 2 times, once at her book signing "The First Time" years ago in Santa Monica... she was so authentic and funny in person. Second time at her first "Believe" Farewell Tour in Anaheim, when Cyndy Laupner opened for her, to a packed arena. What a night that was! 🤗

I really love this video medley of Cher. Love all these songs, it really takes me back to my younger days, when I was a little girl, laying on my grandmother's floor, watching her T.V. I remember thinking as a little girl how much I love Cher, looking back 50 years, my thoughts have not changed One Bit. I Still Love her and seeing her Purple Glittery Outfit today, reminds me of JUST How Beautiful She Really Is, and those Purple Hills to Match, OMGoodness, Love it.

I bought all three singles as a kid. Snuff Garrett did an amazing job producing all of them and Cher delivered. The final and dark verse of "Dark Lady" was cut for the medley.
Snuff was her best producer. I even liked the “Cherished” album. It just should have been released in late 1974 instead of 77.

have most of the S&CCH on cassette tape on the Capital label and some on the BASF label. I also transferred some to 8 track blending the shows w/cuts from some of the studio LPs (AIENIY, The2OU, ACWIND, and of course the 1969 Live From The Westside Room Album) to a live tape w/applause that I'd ease in w/the volume control, Think I would have been a sound engineer if Bob and Cher, of course, hadn't influenced me to become a designer. But when sat in front of a sewing machine, that was not happnin' . So I became a painter.
