The Enfield’s certainly have their own characters. My Classic 500 “Eric” vibrates in the handle bars, the foot pegs and the seat depending on the rev range he’s in. But never all at the same time. I swear he’s reminding me he’s alive and not just a machine 😂
I'm gonna wait until spring to get one but I'm definitely sold after binging a few of these POV vids, your videos are top quality guys, really good production, keep it up
Found the same thing, the Meteor attracts attention. That's the only fault I can find with it, park somewhere and be in a hurry to leave and sure as eggs someone will come up and want to talk about the bike. Even had a little old lady, must have been in her eighties come up and say "it's so beautiful".
Very enjoyable to watch this video. I particularly enjoyed the fact that you are having a conversation between the two of you and it's about how the bikes feel as you ride.
Well done Jodie. People my age were gagging for a 650 when we were young. Now they are poo pooed by the bhp chasers. I am bike less at the mo apart from a 300 scooter as a commuter. But for a motorcycle ride I like no less than 50 ish bhp. That’s what makes the bike fun to me. For commuting I love my scooter as it’s so light. For a day to the coast my nc was gorgeous but didn’t like the dct. Trying to decide what to replace it with. What ever it is will be no bigger than 700cc. Lovely vlog . I love seeing ladies involved with bikes. You are a great couple and suit your vlog perfectly
Same here at 60Yo I had to give up on my Harley got to heavy, hoping to get a Int650 in spring here in Texas.. looks like you guys had an Awesome country ride
This was a good video, enjoyed it first time around, and this time as well 👍 Been a horrible day here in Mid Wales today. I've stayed in and watched the rain ☹ Hopefully out tomorrow as just showers forecast, 🙃I'm glad you've been able to retrieve some of your vids, good luck 🙂
Jodie settled nice on the 6.50 not many guy would let there misses ride there bike so fair play nick she’s a natural 😀 I’m showing this to my wife would be great if she had her bike, cracking content thanks for sharing 👍👌
Hey guys, hope you are both well! Looking at learning to ride a bike, and thinking about a meteor 350 as my first bike. Just wondered what the economy is like (mileage from a full tank) and a comparison to the interceptor too if possible? Cheers!
Suffolk and Norfolk have this in common 'very few dual carriageways and no motorways'. So little need for a bike capable of cruising speeds over 60mph. The 350 is cheaper to buy, lower road tax and insurance and maybe better fuel economy ( you'll know if that is true).
Don’t worry a jot about ur meteor feeling fragile, i have xlite fuel controller and air filt conversation on mine with a de cat pipe on it and its a full on grunt monster without the fuel strangulation devices on it , i am not going into details here but not only is it running a 16 tooth front cog (65 / 70 mph cruising but its much stronger on hills even with the gearing and it will get to just south of 90 mph tested on a private road of course, they seem to be very tough bikes to be honest, the breed as a whole has had a very long development period bashing around Indian roads so more evolution than revolution and i would be very surprised if you could kill that without a plan 👍
@@nicksepisode they’re much tougher than they seem 👍😁 and I don’t know if that’s your own bike Joe but since its second service mine has been using fully synthetic oil to and it stays clean forever so i have actually been considering extending the service time, i have a feeling that because it runs much cooler with the x lite on it I suspect the oil is lasting much better too👍

Thank you, and great choice 👍
So not really an ego thing, more power is just nice. You don't have to use full throttle all the time, but nice if you want it.
🛵💨

Oh, how far away those warm, sunny, September days feel now. Good to watch this again 👍
i know Dave, what a miserable day it was today lol
@@nicksepisode Bloody awful here in Somerset mate.
@@davericketts9101 you want to try living in the north east of Scotland at this time of year, lovely roads but Baltic weather 😂
Gorgeous roads though 😍
@@mikehatswell3961 Mike, I was up that way last summer on my bike but I agree that this time of year, you`re welcome to it. Cheers.
I found bar risers helpful on the Interceptor. Easy fit using existing cables..
great!
Ive obviously forgotten what i commented on the original video..but so glad to see this back up!

Oh!,, I can so see a 650 meteor in your future Jo, and I totally agree with you on the choice of orange, best colour, next to blue Nic 👍👍
Oh most definitely

Cant beat sharing your passion with a loved one. Thanks Jim
the latest intercepter touring seat is ok for longer rides ..
Hey Nick and Jodie, might you be tempted by the new Super Meteor?
I am!

Haven't tripped Jodie's but my inty will do 130 miles to a tank.
@@nicksepisode thank you for the response! Love the content 👍🏻
Thanks so much
As a meteor owner I can tell you that it's mpg is between a low of 87mpg to 103mpg.... So a tank range would be max 260-300 miles
On my bike, a 2022 Himalayan euro 5 I'm getting about 105 mpg on average.

absolutely
If they up the power out put from the 350

Hi Nick have you seen the super meteor 650 for next year
Yes, can't wait
Commuter filtering, the Hunter 350. Not sure when you next get to try new models. They just keep coming out with more 😅.
In spring I'm sure we'll have a go ! Maybe we'll have the meteor 650 soon
Have you had any issues with the engine management light on the meteor coming on?
None at all, but saying that she's only done 450 miles
That's a 'bimble' around not a bumble, well unless you want to bum around 😄
Cant remember what I said now, I have always known it to be a bimble, unless I was feeling a bit adventurous that day 😅
Looking at getting the classic 350, any thoughts guys ??
Yes, if taking on 1-2 hour trips on some b roads. Do that in style on something that has character
My thoughts on this would be "test ride" only way to know if you are happy with the bike, try both meteor and classic 👍🏻
It would make it the perfect motorbike
Ever miss your NC?
I love my interceptor, I much prefer it to the nc. However if I was touring I would get another. Maybe the new v strom. Or a tiger...
1.....2.....3.......‼😀
That's all of em, all new videos from now on :)
The wife tried my intersepter didn't fit to short
yes, the meteor is better for shorter riders for sure
