Thanks Kev. I'd be interested to know his response. I'm guessing it's because that's the earliest we've been taught anything can happen. It's a stretch to even get orthos to recognize the benefit of treating at 7-9yo, let along younger. In time, and with people like you, Audrey, etc. pushing the boundary, hopefully that will change. But for now I look at it as a win if we can just get more orthos to recognize the value of proactive tx at 7-9yo! One step at a time, my friend! Missed you at Winds of Change! Mike
