I'd only recently got into metal aged 15 when this aired over New Year 29th Dec '89 - 3rd Jan '90. I'd just been to my first gig (Faster Pussycat, Dangerous Toys and The Almighty!) and was in awe of the whole scene. Watched the series religiously. Thanks for uploading even though video quality is like watching through cataracts!
I remember this when it was aired first time on BBC2. Part of "Metal Week" and Elvira hosted all the nights! Teenage me was _very_ impressed!

Scary watching this documentary as a kid, but Napalm Death took the extreme as far as it to go, they were the pioneers, they were quality. No band after could top this,
Man, I was 12 or something when this aired, and Slayer scared the shit out of me!
