The reality was I had no idea you could change job classes and thought you had to hire Knights, Thieves, Archers, Black and White Mages, ect. But of course all they ever had were squires. Fast forward to the nightmare oompa loompa that was Queklain and it promps you to a screen I hadn't seen before and it was this big Eureka moment.
