Hello! Our trip lasted 11 days. 4 days in Cappadocia, 1 in Konya, 1 in Antalya and 4 in Istanbul. I think 4 days in IST is a bit too much. 2-3 days should be enough. Hahaha!

I thought i had this too but then when i was in army, i decided to pull it down slightly farther everyday and eventually i did manage to get the head out. 8 years later my foreskin is able to slide up and down smoothly and it just makes sex way better than without it. Whoever is reading this, surgery is the absolute last resort.

I went to 2 specialist regarding my phimosis at 30. one of them straight up told me to go for circumcision. The other specialist was able to pull it down although i had some discomfort.
He asked me this question; "Was the previous doctor able to pull down the foreskin as well?" which was yes. to which he replied, if you can pull it down, you dont really need circumcision, you can try foreskin stretching first and if you still have any trouble you can consider circumcision then.
Im glad i stuck stretching because now i can pull it back fully even though it is still slightly tight. For those concerned. try out stretching first if you can. Because being able to pull it back and cleaning it is important!
You can also go to a GP to get a cream which helps the skin to soften and stretch more easily.
I do think i have this condition too after realising I couldn't pull my foreskin all the way down to expose the "head" it was stuck on to the "head" halfway and couldn't be pull down any further so i went to consult my friend and he told me that he wasn't circumcised and able to pull the skin down all the way to expose the "head" and he told me that when he was young when showering his mom would pull the skin back to wash his bird and maybe thats why he's able to pull it all the way to expose the "head" soooo i listen to his advice and i also did the stretching everyday when i was showering. Initially it hurt because the skin will tear but after almost a year i think my "head" finally popped out and was a happy man thereafter 🤣 please do not try this just go and consult a doctor it's safer that way. PS i did this when i was around 15 i was young and dumb then😅 btw great content guys love the videos keep up the good work! 👍🏻💪🏻☺️
I had this too and steroid cream helped although my size is not an issue but it does seem sometimes that it is being constricted / limits in growth when the foreskin is over, until I pull down the skin it will be like an additional 1.5~2 inches difference, curious will circumsion makes it continue growing? (in your experience)

Thank you Jon for sharing your experience! Will like to seek your opinions on the following though:
1. Would you have rather your parents decide for you to undergo the procedure when you were a child (assuming that they know about and understand the condition), instead of having to go through it in your late teens/early adulthood?
2. Assuming you have a kid and he has a similar condition, will you make the decision for him to undergo the procedure or leave it to him to decide for himself when he grows up?
I hope i was the one made the decision not my parent.. sometimes subconsciously blaming my parent for taking that decision for me.
Wah tough. I’d say. I’m glad I made the decision for myself. BUT also wish it was done when I was a baby so I didn’t have to go thru the pain as an adult.

i did mine at 13 due to infection/pus/long foreskin... didnt have infection post surgery but i felt serious pain after the surgery...

i too have been wondering if i have phimosis, i gotta be honest i never knew dick skin and be pulled back until very late. i mean besides for sex, peeing doesnt really require you to pull the skin all the way back to the head. so when i found out, i tried to pull mine and lo and behold, i couldn't pull it all the way back, more like less than half of the head. I was mad worried and did a bunch of research. steroid creams, circumcision, daily practice of stretching the skin opening. i did the last part and slowly the opening is bigger now. back then i couldnt even pull the skin back UNERECTED!!! at least now i can pull past half when erected and fully when not. not sure if that is good enough, this is where i need advice, do i need to circumcise? doesnt really hurt tho just a bit tight when erected and not being able to pull it all the way. or maybe i just need to stretch more.
just keep at it. coconut oil or olive oil would help as well. if there are dried smegma or build up, it would help to make it easier to remove it as well.

I recommend that if you've consistently tried stretching the skin opening for months and still experience pain when fully retracting, you can consider circumcision. Problem with stretching is that it is quite slow process and their is a limit to how much you can improve by it.
My experience was similar to yours. Daily stretching helped me, and eventually, I was able to fully retract my penis when erect. However, it caused pain and discomfort. That's why I chose to undergo circumcision, and I don't regret it. While the procedure is painful, with proper care, you can avoid pus and recover quickly.
No, you don't need a penectomy! It'll stretch naturally with use but even if it doesn't lots of men go through life without being able to fully retract without it bothering them. Tens of thousands of men put through a ritual penectomy as babies have spent years stretching their skin to try to reconstruct something like the part missing.
it will be important that you can pull it all the way back so you can ensure there's no smegma which can lead to an infection. Like what the rest said - continue the stretching and when you shower, try to stretch and let some water in to "clean" the underneath area while you continue stretching it out more. I would also advise you trying to pull it back gently when you are erected, because your foreskin is also being stretched when your penis expands during erection.

Why go for the most radical treatment of a penectomy instead of simply stretching exercises? The 4skin is the most sensitive part and is as big as a banknote so its more than 10% loss in overall sensitivity.

Hey, I always had the suspicion that I had the same issue! I lied to myself, it's okay. Until I went to my specialist for my diabetic, where I had to take a medication that is suppose to help pass more sugar through urine. Long story short, the medicine worked. But I was also getting a lot of unwanted infections because I can't clean the glean because foreskin cannot pull back. My doctor recommend me go for surgery. I am freaking scared man, I am mid 20s and it's going to hurt like hell. And the infection afterward that you mentioned. I don't know if I can deal with that. Like I am lost honestly, I can either live with the foreskin and pretend that nothing is wrong, until something is really wrong. or 2) I can go for the surgery. or 3) Just remove the whole freaking thing lah, it's so troublesome to have it anyway. But like I don't want to take female hormones if I remove my dick. Like I want to be a guy even if I don't have a dick. So idk, is the surgery worth it?
Its a myth that not being able to retract gives bad hygiene leading to infections. We are born with the 4skin attached to the gla... and baby boys almost never get infections unless they have a developmental issue or due to iatrogenic actions caused by the obsession the myth creates. Amputation is the very last treatment option after everything else has failed. You should find out what is really causing the infections. I think its most likely due to an imbalance in the natural microbiome which favours pathogens maybe due to the medicine you're taking.
@@fritnat Yeah it's the medication that is causing the infection. Doctor only recommend for surgery. For now I just stopped taking the medication.
