Watermelon - You should start to consolidate divisions and have organised generals for the fronts, the planning bonus for general with frontlines are invaluable, and having consolidated divisions are always better then having 20 under strength divisions
one tip: dont put your fighters on intercept, if you want, put 1/4 of the fighters on interception. Interception=Bomber interception, not fighter. Air superiority kills enemy fighters and CAS as far as i know
make sure you cover your entire front with frontlines orders or else the enemies push through your gaps as your divisions wont cover it like at 5:56 if you want to make it easy without having to manage specific frontlines you can shift left click the front with your field marshal which basically puts multiple armies into 1 order, its good for having infantry hold without managing it so you can focus on tanks for example

Hi Jimmywimmy. In this mod, the soviet offense buff gives them around 50% more org, 90% more attack, and a lot more, The mod is schemed against you. The soviet industry also adds onto that. The allies get a lot of buffs to their infantry and tanks similar to the soviets. You werent even playing badly here, but it's just they have so many buffs it's impossible. Maybe that softens the blow on you.

Bro you somehow perfectly re-created the collapse of germany in ww2, he recreated: -forces cut off in baltics, like bagration. -slow retreat from italy. -didnt know where dday was gonna land, couldnt re-enforce fast enough. -sudden collapse of the south with romanian betrayal. -desperate for manpower. -airforce destroyed, homeland bombed. -able to hold the rhine river, but centre totally collapsed like real life before the collapse of the eastern front. -pockets in kurland and kognisburg. -as soviets pushed to belin, soviets had to consolidate north and south fronts. -near the end of the war, germany split from north and south. Like i said, perfect re-creation.

Your generals had upgrades, and you had lots of units with no orders, no front lines, that's why you lost against the soviets early on. You can see it multiple times, they were just sitting there, ALWAYS have them on a front line. You can also build forts on fallback lines to strengthen your retreat, but you have to do it EARLY.

A big mistake i saw was that you didn't standardise you'r division templates. You should have focus on making 1 good defensive division changing every division to that division template (Besides tank divisions). Plus even if the game tells you to counter attack you shouldn't, let the soviets bash into you forcing them to lose a bunch of equipment which will make them very easy to break. Also if you are losing a bunch of planes it's better to keep them rather then throw them into battle and lose them instead you could pull them out and use them as interception planes to defend against bomber raids since bombers really take away stability. And if you have the By blood alone dlc you can just redesign the planes and convert them into good ones. The ones i really like to just is Improved Fighters with double max engines and 2 or 3 Heavy Machine guns extra fuel tank 2x and either self sealing fuel tanks or armoured plates. This design hard carried me a bunch of times even as a minor nation you can sometimes dominate skies.

@us and also you should have focused on producing guns support eq arty AA supply trucks aircrafts later as you can't have superiority as using planes at that stage would be wasting and stockpiling supply trucks could help for later attacks as it would give you supply also if you want to win with uk then aircraft carriers but early on you could have just spammed dd and carriers later on this could take you to 1950 when you campaign could end of course after a succesfull defence you could change to blitzkrieg again and AA guns could be your anti tank cuz later they have crazy pen rates so basically guns arty SE AA supply trucks all rubber on them DD's (later on AC's) and building first off 3 radars on max in 3 different locations austria berlin and one on the west just make them cover entire gemrany and max AA in all german states which are behind your entrenched line you want to destroy as much allied planes as you can this lowers their war support and manpower and they waste Military factories on them synthetics synthetics and once again synthetics they give you oil that why and research early on full infantry equipment and arty's and try to get some better dispersed industry tactic entrench on sudeten land, odre, and austrian mountains on the east on the west if maginot destroyed then on rhein if not then maginot and belgium when you have around 50 k guns and around 1k artys then try to cheese encirclements in bohemia lower the manpower for soviets as much as you can when they have around 1-2 divs on tile then get some troops to france and defeat them note:(try to encircle some port and cheese it as much as you can this is crucial believe me) when you win get 2-3 small divs on remaining ports so that no d-day happens again start building AC's now you can either try to capitulate UK ----------------------------------------------------- try to get italy (Recomend) ----------------------------------------------------- try to capitulate USSR (hard [borderline impossible]) - now when you capitulated france you can start building fighter planes make a meta template 4x HMG's 2 best engines self sealing tank remaining slots on armor plates now the allied air should be much weaker you can deploy all your airforce on USSR and USSR only this will make them lose all of their planes for AC's make only torpedo bombers just put on the best torpedoe's make them cheap they ARE gonna die to naval AA anyways when you attack italy then try to push trough alps of austria when you do that you can encircle entire front on french alps the road is free to rome now because you destroyed most of planes of UK and US japan can win in china not sure but possible now the japanese will fight for eternity with the in attrition hell called burma that would make it easier for youi am gonna go with that version after a year you should have A lot of DD's allies won't beat you make marine template 8-10 marines 4-5 motorised arty's if you are industrially capable you can change the marines for amphibious tanks now the success of landing is sure you land in dover and cap the uk send 24 divs there if you cheesed the port enough then it should be enough now when uk is capped you can go to ussr and cap them they should be weak as no air destroy them and make a puppet now all you need to do is capping usa please read this i spent 20 minutes writing this andp lease make a rematch
