Well I answered this question as per government of uk no need for nursing qualification as it’s basic care for elderly but nursing homes who is providing sponsorship are looking for people with nursing degree as it’s easy for them to train nurses as carers and easily availability of trained nurses already , hope tat answers your wuestion

Yes just edit cheyda mathi make it precise and suitable for senior carer post but as you are nurse I suggest you to write ielts or OET and get desirable score and come to uk as nurse , whole process is free and smooth, you will get job in NHS whic is government better than private firms

In the theoretical world the answer is yes as home office dose not required nursing qualification for senior carer visa but the question is weather you will find a employer ? I don’t wana discourage you but in real world when your resume is compared with a nurse as their are so many nurses also trying for this visa , what are your chances to grab it, If I am a company and I have candidate who is nurse and another who is not nurse I will prefer nurse only, but as I said it’s all about finding a employer , if you find a company or nursing home who can sponsor you I will say why not , definitely go go it .👍👍

As per home office senior carer entry requirements you need to have a qualification equivalent to NVQ3. Its clearly mentioned in the entry requirements of a senior carer job

If you are in London and already working in care home you know everything just find a employer who can sponsor you . You can search online job in Reed or other websites and apply and contact employer directly . Meanwhile if you find some trust worthy agency apply through that . I do not recommend agency as I dont know anybody personally

Their are two ways to apply for this visa

2) you can come through any trusted agency who are recruiting for this visa . I understand asking price for this visa can be very higher but hope this answers your question
