Students can bring their dependents as long as they meet the criteria. I made it clear in the video. Now, I may not be able to advise you on the exact time to apply for dependents; however, I suggest that the principal applicant get her own permit first before applying for the dependent(s). You should have enough funds for your studies without recourse to public funds or depending on a part-time job. Your goal is to study rather than to work. However if you are a student at the university of Luxembourg, you might get accommodation within the university if you apply on time. It is much cheaper than renting outside. Regards to your wife.
