Ive taken hours of training on Voice Flow even logged into Voice Flows chat discussions and this was by far one of the most comprehensible explanations for a flow. I mean I've even paid for UDEMY courses (which arent bad) but they convolute the material to stretch it out into several modules. You should consider putting together a course like this that touches on all the most popular bot flows. Id pay for it.
Thank you so much!! Do you have a video on how to create personalized emails after capturing the information? I'd also love to hear additional ideas on what can be done with the information afterward 🙏🏼
This is wicked!! ✨ Quick q - how do you train the bot to bounce between collecting data and answering questions? For example, after the bot asks for the visitor's name, if the visitor asks a question, the bot should answer the question rather than assume that the user has given it their name
that would be an intent. If you properly train the LLM with intents than it can discern between statements and the information your looking to cypher from the users response.
You see, apart from botpress being limited, it is also unreliable. 2 weeks ago Botpress had network issues for 4 days straight disallowing us from connecting hour chatbot to the zapier webhook for automation. Since then we found Voiceflow to be the better alternative. It’s always a responsible move to have a backup chatbot on another platform just in case the platform’s network goes down.
When you create the name entity set the type from custom to name that way it only captures the name. Not sure how it works with last names though so you may want to test it out.
thanks , dude, if the client won 't answer the questions the way we need . For example : To the question what is your number ? He will answer I don 't want to write this . Our bot will automatically fill in " I don 't want to write this " and save it to Google Sheet . How to make it so that Our bot does not save all the answers
You automated the process of putting the user in line to wait on a human to reply with their home valuation. They could have just typed this in a form, which most users are used to. The agent will still end up doing the same amount of work to find a valuation and manually reply. You could automate the creation of the email but a human is still doing the work of entering the 'valuation_amount' into the sheet. This isnt really automating lead gen. This is using AI for the sake of using AI. You didnt relieve the agent of any work or give the user a payoff of their home valuation.
I think the purpose of the video is the integration of voiceflow and zapier , the video is not about how to automate a house valuation. That being said , you can automate further this , add a documentation file/ sitemap and then ask the bot to crosscheck there and give best answer back to the user or put it in another variable which can be added through the explained process in the sheet, through zapier.
Loved your video, so easy to understand 😊 please post more

This is the only video on voice flow integrated with zapier, thank you!
Thank you!
This was very valuable thank you! I hope you create more videos like this!

@@LVxryLif3 Can you suggest any good tutorial videos on that topic?
thanks!!!
hi thanks. how or why did you choose voice flow? so many out there and so many referring to BotPress. I have BotPress but it is limited

Awesome thanks I’m just moving from botpress as it sucks and have to recreate all the flows! This is the only video that truly explains this flow
@@musumo1908 voiceflow is amazing... love the option of voice, text, button. also their cards and carousels are high quality...
This is awesome, but if a user reply "My name is James" will it capture just "James" or it will capture "My name is James"

Then how do yuou forward this into someones phone number or whatsapp

did you solve this? we have the same problem.
@@dokmamba nope
You can easily do it with Typeform or Calendly
And you obviously do not understand the possibilities of AI
