You could create a room and use the little boarder things to get rid of the walls and then bring the greenhouse up from a basement to make it functional!
@alzbetal1499 you can create abasement below something, place an object, and use 0/9 to move It up vertically to the ground level. So you can see it but the game still thinks its below ground so your sims won't collide/interact with it etc.

The greenhouse is slightly functional, as your sims can go inside and the doors will open and close.
