- The Reign of Goge Vandire was one of the darkest periods in the Imperium's history, defined by a madman’s ruthless rule over both the Ecclesiarchy and the Adeptus Administratum. Vandire’s tyrannical regime, marked by bloodshed, terror, and his manipulative use of the devout Sisters of Battle, plunged the galaxy into chaos. His Frateris Templar ravaged countless worlds, rooting out perceived heresy, while his paranoia pushed the Imperium to the brink of collapse.
Yet hope emerged in the form of Sebastian Thor, a humble preacher whose message of redemption united the oppressed against Vandire. As Thor’s influence grew, a rebellion ignited across the stars, supported by disillusioned factions such as the Adeptus Mechanicus and even the Space Marines. The climax of Vandire's fall came when Alicia Dominica, leader of the Sisters of Battle, confronted the High Lord after receiving a divine vision from the Emperor himself. Dominica denounced Vandire, striking him down and ending his blood-soaked rule.
In the aftermath, Thor led the Imperium through a period of restoration, and the Sisters of Battle found new purpose as defenders of the Emperor’s faith. Vandire's death marked the close of the Reign of Blood, but the scars of his tyranny would forever haunt the Imperium.
