1. China - their Harassment of Filipino fisherman and didn't recognize the 2016 Arbitral Win of the Philippines. Also their ambassadors here in the Philippines calling our OFW'S being a prisoner or slaves in Taiwan which made many Filipinos mad to China more. Their Ambassador is a Persona Non-Grata in the Municipality of Kalayaan.
2. Kuwait - OFW protection and suspending visas to Filipinos due to the Shelter made by the PH govt. ( this makes a violation of the International Law )
3. Malaysia - Sabah Dispute
Indonesian here. Kinda surprised by Middle East got mentioned a lot here. As far as I know, many Filipino been working there and I've never heard any issue.

Most Filipino worker abuses are committed in the Middle East.
Ever since I was a kid, numerous news stories are about Filipino workers being r@ped or beat up by abusive employers in the ME.
Most notable ones were:
1. Recent girl who was chopped up and left in a freezer sparking the 2018 Kuwait Ban
2. Woman who was flogged after being r@ped and getting pregnant out of wedlock in the 2010s
3. Ex-Death row inmate who killed an Arab molester. "Victim's" family only pressed charges when the inmate called the man gay for attempting to do him which apparently "tarnished their honor".
Right now Kuwait tensions are rising again since they don't like Filipinos escaping potential abusive employers without (Kuwaiti) State permission.
20% of Dubai's population alone are Filipinos and none ever plan to go home anytime right now. :)
I thought almost everyone will say China. It seems that there are a lot of people who don't watch news. China is in the news in the Philippines a lot of times because of how they shoo away the Filipino fishermen in the West Philippine Sea. They also built artificial islands within the Philippines' territory.
Territorial dispute is just one aspect of the relations, obviously that is not the sum total.
@@khust2993 That may not be the sum total but there are no other countries that are in dispute with the Philippines aside from China. The people just misunderstood the question. They understood the question as places you don't like to visit. So the countries with conflict were mentioned or the countries with dictators. If the question was "which country do you hate", then the answers will either be none or China.

C'mon people! That is their opinion. To each their own! Just an FYI, not all Filipinos are well educated so they just rely on what they see in the news or maybe in the movies and they don't know all countries and they have no idea about geography. For me, I think they mistakenly identify the whole middle east as SAUDI ARABIA lol! I worked in UAE and I met few Saudi Arabian and they are generous and kind (I think all Muslims are generous)! But also I think, the reason why some don't like middle eastern countries (eventhough there are a looooot of filipino migrant workers in the middle east) is because of how Filipina workers, like nannies or house maids are treated there. Filipino women are being raped and Killed and that is a fact, the latest one was in Kuwait - just last year! I know y'all gonna ask "so why they keep on working in the middle east?" Again, not all Filipinos are well educated, some didn't even go to school at all, and these middle eastern countries offer jobs that DOESN'T REQUIRE EDUCATION. And because of lack of jobs and poverty here in the Philippines, some Filipinos take the risk of going to these countries and getting those jobs eventhough they already know that there are histories of Filipino women being raped and killed by their employers.
I wouldn't blame Filipinos or call them "uneducated" for relying on the news as people from around the world do get their sources from watching the news.

My best English teachers are all from Philippines, and they are awesome. I am also a fan of MYMP which had already been recommended to my friends of different countries. Quite difficult to ask Filipinos who they hate. Hate is not that much in their psyche same with jealousy. Jealousy is limited to lovers spat or marriage troubles coming from the third party or a fight due to gossips. But jealousy on other meaning is foreign. Brazil and Philippines are so look alike with all their qualities (and problems) that we call them our "Filiprimos" (Primos=Cousins).
We are very similar, with very few differences - like our language and our good relations with China.
The Philippines could have good relations with China but China built artificial islands within the territory of the Philippines and then they started shooing away Filipino fishermen who have been fishing in that area for a long time already. Even Brazil will start hating China if China did the same thing within the territory of Brazil.

Filipinos are mostly unaware of the current news. I am surprised that they still think that Saudi Arabia is still in conflict, and that majority of those they interviewed have different worldview stuck in the 90s.
Im Pinoy and this only shows that despite all the available information sources, Filipinos remain ignorant of what's going around outside the Philippines. Still shocking are those teachers that were interviewed displayed their level of communication skill that was soo way below of my expectations!
