Simple but elegant maganda yung house. Magaling yung interior designer din pati yung mga tiles sa floor at bathrooms at wooden planks maganda. May taste ang nagplano nito. Thumbs up. 😍
Ito yung interior na gusto ko except maybe the kitchen. Gusto ko talaga ng spacious kitchen na may island. The living room is superb. So spacious and open and ang gaan sa pakiramdam.
From 8:29 - 9:30 the common bath room layout is really practical and beautiful. 👌🏻

Wow, P16.2 M/ or $324k. Only a dream house for most Pinoys. You really have to be a successful Multi- millionaire to afford to buy this house. The down payment and qualification requirements are most likely very stringent. Mag siesta na lang ako, back to my panaginip.

Hello po gusto ko lang po sana linawin ang garrage po ay closed parking space, may pintuan po, or shutters po na napoprotektahan ang vehicle indoor at ang carport naman po ay open area lang po kagaya ng nasa video. Sa madaling salita po ang garrage ay may pintuan or shutter at ang carport ay open lang walang pintuan.

@Ping Flores geez you must live in a mansion if you think this house is tiny! There are a lot of new homes in the Philippines that are shown on TH-cam that are no bigger than the living room in this house.
I really like how you present a house. You don't only tour us to the parts of the house but you also give the purpose of materials and why they use such. It's very helpful for me as a student in designing. It helps me to design logically.

A toilet should always have a door...Privacy matters....Also, no lot partition like a fence or something...The house design will be fine...
model house lang naman yan hindi pa naman yan natitirahan kaya wala pang mga partition.

@@simeon7328 usually kasi sa mga residential projects tulad nito hindi talaga included yung ibang details like fence, gate, bathroom doors, cabinets, etc. para mabigyan ng option ang buyer/future owner na pumili ng gusto nilang type/design or minsan pwede din mag request sa builders. Kasi for example, di magustohan nung buyer yung design nung gate/fence, gigibain na naman & gagastos pa.
