Each night, the audience chose the cards and played the game live. The cast had different lines depending on who the killer was. Kudos to this talented team! We dedicate this in loving memory to our Col. Mustard, Kenton Pinder. May he rest in peace.
Colonel Mustard pulling out the rule book when the detective showed up was a stroke of genius.
Did every actor in the cast have a fan club in the audience? It's like the minute they come on, people are applauding like nuts.

Although the scenery was a bit closer to the game, the Ahmanson Theatre's production last night, Aug. 23, 2024, left a lot to be desired. I like this concept to get the audience involved. It's very clever. Prof. Plum and the Detective used great author lines, which was terrific! The allusions to other Parker Bros. games were also well done!💙💙💙🥰
The twist at the end was soooo good. It was like inception but more surprising.
Absolutely tremendous ! The whole interactivity is brilliant !
True I love the fact that the public chose the story with the big cardboards ! It looked soooo fun
@@thyamisebourget6836 I know, right ?! That's genius !
@@thyamisebourget6836 In my time we used to go to war and play in the caserne. But yes this is great.
See u soon, John
I can't believe I didn't get the clue about the murderer ! Great show !
I'm gonna be Colonel Mustard and I don't think I'm ready for the scene with Ms Peacock.
I'm Mrs Peacock and I don't think I'm ready for the scene with Colonel Mustard
I'm Mr. Green and the girl who is playing Scarlett is like an inch taller then me without heels.
Performing in 2 weeks as mustard not ready at all
I thought this was taken down. Couldn't find it for awhile. Glad it's back.
I got the role of Mrs. Peacock in this! I’m a male by the way 😂. The script for our version is a bit different though.
Currently playing Mr. Boddy in a production. Boddy slipped up on the clues so I'm surprised anyone got the answer! It's a difficult script to adapt with each performance!
Well that's live theatre.... Luckily he had other nights.
@@olunatic oh it’s easy to mess up. I’ve almost done it a couple times
@@HeyHeyItsRuffin Might be better to just rig it so you have only one answer to deal with.
Thank you for all the comments. Broadway is removing the video. I hope you enjoyed our little island performance.
Well, it's back now.
I guess you don't have to ask the volunteers their names, but if I was directing, I'd do it. What the hey.
We know their names. It's a small island community.
@@oliviadorsett9949 I see. That's not the case here in NYC.
Man I ship colonel Mustard and Miss Peacock soooo much
I expected Col. Mustard to say, "Pull my finger."
i just got the role of mrs. white and im so excited!
I wonder how many couples tried that game between Col. Mustard and Mrs. Peacock.
Mr. Green mixes up his sayings like Biff.
I love the dice at the begining ! Really amazing ! Where did u get em ?
Out wardrobe mistress made them from scratch. She's amazing. To be so well made for one appearance during one number. What a professional.
@@olunatic For sure she is ! Thanks for the answer and for the show !
My school is doing this for our winter show next year😭😭😭
Why does Green dont give Scarlet a drink ?
Clue featuring blanch devero
Okay, so if the ending stays the same, that is fine. I just happened to check the description and it isn't the audience choosing the ending.
The audience chooses the cards. This determines the outcome. The actors say their lines differently each night depending on the killer chosen.
@@olunatic No, in the end from what I saw on wikipedia it turns out it was Prof. Plum.
@@sha11235 Prof Plum is always the real killer yes but the show has a confession from the actor/ character chosen by the cards in the deck by an audience member and the pianist is always the real professor plum. The actor on stage is inevitably an imposter. But each night sees a different confession before that one is revealed.
@@olunatic Well, that's all right, I suppose.
@@olunatic I actually got a hold of the script so now I see what you are saying.
Really? Not cluesical?
How did you choose those three people to come up and pick the cards?
Asked for 3 volunteers in the lobby before the show began to come on stage and pick the cards. It's a small community. Everyone knows everyone. It's not hard to get volunteers.
@@oliviadorsett9949 I think it depends. There are some who won't.
@@sha11235 I meant it's not hard to get volunteered at our theatre. Most of those volunteers are theatre members or related to someone who is.... again it's a small community. The island only has a population of 60K. We didn't have trouble getting volunteers for the run of the show.
@@olunatic That's good.
Looking at the script I see some jokes were updated. Teddy Kennedy became Donald Trump for example.
1:11:30
He looked good dead, didn't he?
Donald Trump reference, funny.
