I have the boat coming today UPS kind of Taken second thoughts keeping it got it from Amazon so will be an easy return do you think I should just keep it play with it have fun with it not looking to be a speed demon but for handling and good speed would you say in general this boats a keeper...?or look into the sr85 V Hall or something equivalent..?
It leans to the left cause its the flood chamber of the selflevel. When sitting on water it starts to lean that SIDE and thats what is selflevel. As for the Money i think i payed less then 270€ when i bought it. And yes its a cheap boat on every aspect...esc died and motor died all after 2 year of use, but rtr things are Just that... Ready to rebuild! After those 2 years i disabled its selflevel ability cause i didnt like it on this boat....and put new elétrics and a 4.76mm shaft....
Got you on the reply bottom line I suppose stick with stock for 4S maybe experiment with prop changes I was thinking looking at the porpoising your boat was doing could a little weight say medium size battery pack anything weight down the front end a little then possibly the boat with ride on Rails you know what I mean stay much flattered on the water
Don't expect it to be an high end piece of machinery! It's just a normal cheap boat that actually is not that bad! :P For changing prop's for the normal size just drill them...done that already...and that one stick's to that boat forever! :) Not a big deal. And motor is just a outrunner...with a motor mount! Unscrew and put whatever fit's till it touchs the hull on top! :P But don't expect it to handle 6s all day long... maybe 5s...which soon i will do if get the hang of stopping the cine walk that is bad from stock! Batery up or down... is irrelevant..so why the prop pointing down...but need to see water to see the effect. Next week will test it with prop down! :P I only have it for 2 weeks...and one thing..in stock form there is no water flow from the lines... WE need to ditch the last nozzle and pass a tube outside to make like the nozzle but with just the hose...that way it spits water!!!!! lol
@@TargetingXmod_RC Hey thanks for the real description...I do remember those motors love a 44mm 1.9p prop and a 4s graphene with 90A Seaking ESC,I tried 5s and battery didn't like it...I'm so happy you showed this vid I like the construction of it.hope your testing it's positive with what you've talked about😊👍
@@TargetingXmod_RC oh...serious thing always are covers with joking.. No quality at all.now i know.. Do you suggest me other boat costing less than 300 euro? don't care about size..
Yeah, to 75kmh but ONLY on box. Also i don't think esc Will handle anything +4s. Manual does not say... So stick to 4s for now..till Discover or ask manufacture. There was ONLY a few drops of water inside... Thanks!
What ESC did you put in the boat so you could run 5S I do have one coming tomorrow did you have to change receiver and transmitter to or was it just the ESC..?
I did put the one from my SonicWake36" stock esc! As for the rx/tx it didn't work with the Dynamite ESC...no matter what i did! So i used another Spektrum crap i had laying around! So i can use 5s on this boat... but till i can't figure what to do to eleminate the nose up... i don't bother with 5s or 6s! It's just not that stable!
iI interested I made a video of my recoil running on 4s 50c lipo 2300kv outrunner motor, and I got my brother the Atomic Barbed wire 24" for his birthday. The video came out ok considering i was using my cell phone to record . If you get bored check it out you might like it, that Barb wire is really fast out of the box and turns on a dime!. I enjoy your videos a lot interesting to see all the different size batteries you use and logging the speed.
Drilled a normal 3/16 size hole prop to fit on the shaft. Prop is a 2 Blade CNC 1.4 pitch...size don't remember well the size but is One of these 2... 42mm or 44mm...
It's a selflevel boat... it will always tilt to the "water" fill side when stopped! :P But once moving it's just like any boat! :P Left runs in racing do not exist! :) Only right! lol Yeah it's not a perfect boat...but it's the first catamaran selflevel one that i know that exist's and it's mine! :) love it! Also the 6A graphene 4s brick won't help in the turns... it should use a lower mah lipo...
Awesome video .... Looks like a fun and fast boat. Wonderful location too.
Thank you for sharing .... Enjoy 😀
Your are the first on TH-cam whit this boat🙌she's run great, and sounds special 👍👏😁
Already put it on another prop! Can't wait to see what it does. It's not a direct fit for normal prop's but a drill solves "HOLES" :P lol

Why is the boat on one side? 350$ why such low quality?

Are you satisfied with the quality?
Does it get any water inside?
Quality? What quality...lol Eheh. Joking. Not bad but not good either. As for water what boat does not enter water? Not Critical just a little...

It says 75 km/h on the box. Is that on 6s? And how much water is in the boat after the run? Cool video!

targetingxmod yeah i thought so, thanks for your reply. I will follow your reviews a while before i buy one!

@@TargetingXmod_RC try carbon fibre inlay adds more weight keeps boat more stable as well 3 fin prop fix the walking

sr80 the better option then, cheaper and faster stock
