Im from Holland and this was my fav because they sing in their countrys own language, the act had something enchanting with the two ladies with giant hair and low and powerful voices and i liked the dynamic of this song with the flute.

I was schocked when the results were revealed. when I was sure it will be at least on 3rd place it wasn't even on the top 10. this song is such a banger, I listen to it every day.
Let me, as a native Moldovan, explain how I see this clip.
The Sun and the Moon are ancient pagan deities that appeared in our culture even before Christianization, and remained in the archetypal motifs of most writers. The coat of arms of Moldova contains the Sun and the Moon, as well as the head of a bull, whose horns we see in the clip 1:54, on the heads of two dancers. The flute is also a traditional Moldavian instrument.
Probably the small flute musician is a hint to the country itself, you know, Moldova is small :) Hope it helps to understand the song better!

I saw a comment on another Moldovan entry that said "Moldova comes to Eurovision and is like, let's make them have fun for 3 minutes" which is honestly so accurate. They always have lively, fun and sometimes over-the-top entries that basically embody what Eurovision is - an event to come together and have fun as a continent for one night.

To be honest, I heard this song for the first time in the first semi-final. This is my number one right after Australia. The song is very melodious, subdued.
