Guys this is the moment we’ve been waiting for since about 2016. Bo3 was the last great zombies and we are FINALLY getting a true next evolution. I was 15 then. I’m 23 now.

My wish list for bo6 zombies:
-New maps with cool location and theme.
-All previous zombie maps (so all of them are packet nicely together)
-Zombie menu from bo1 (map name -and when you go on top of it -some part of that map appear on your screen) while classic zombie menu music plays in the backround.
-When you buy a weapon from the mystery box, it doesn't have any attachments (so when a good smg appears before me, it doesn't have a sniper's scope). And if they want people to be able to customise their weapon, create a crafting station where people can customise their weapon for points you earn from killing zombies.
Along customizing the ui for your preferences, one can hope 🙏🏻

Kevin Drew has seriously impressed me lately, he is striking a very good balance of zombies level secrecy and also communication with the community. Something him and treyarch lacked heavily during cold war.

The campaign and mp was good I won’t deny that but the zombies was horrible up until mob and origins can you really say the victis maps are on par if not better than those maps. And ghost was universally hated putting ghost and bo2 is like putting vanguard and bo3 together
Its so sad that operators werent even a design decision, they just happened due to the pandemic. Cold War deserved better.

He mentions zombies being the one mode where they DONT HAVE TO BE CALL OF DUTY and can be creative, so WHY ARE THEY MAKING IT REALISTIC AND LINKING IT TO CAMPAIGN AND WARZONE??????? They are doing so little actual fantastical mythological and sci fi things and keeping it as grounded as possible to fit into the campaign universe, theyre literally limiting their creativity as much as they can.

I think it's not Treyarch choice but Activision to prevent the studio to make there own zombie game. If I remember good, ancient treyarch devs are actually making their own zombie games

@@kagminelen5980 it's indeed Activision although it's just them trying to tie everything into Warzone when it was cool and all. Then Warzone became no longer cool but since they've invested too much into Warzone experience overshadowing both the multiplayer AND zombies communities and even campaign community for MWIII them trying to rehash assets from an old BR map for a campaign, which is probably first time ever that a game reuses assets FROM BR FOR CAMPAIGN and not the other way around.
My most memorable zombies experience is back when mob of the dead came out . Did everything we could find on there

To make highgrounds easier i think gobble gums will make beginner players making high rounds much easier, a example kf this can be there isnt a single map on b02 were anyone has ever gotten round 255, whereas b03 every map people have gotten to 255 which i think is the help of gobblegums
Not really. Many maps like Revelations, Ascension and even Origins can be easily played to 255 in bo3 without the use of gobblegums at all since those maps are easy and the use of AAT (like Dead Wire) makes it more easy because its like every weapon turns into a wonder weapon.

I only did origins Easter egg on bo3 😭 I did all the Easter eggs on Cold War which is mostly why I liked it because I could actually do the EE
They seem to be saying all the correct things but i will only believe it until i actually play it because the zombies community has really been through it since cold war, but fingers crossed on bo6 being amazing.
I’d say if you didn’t like Cold War and how it kinda led you thru the EE’s, you won’t care for BO6. I didn’t mind it, so hopefully I’ll enjoy the new game.

@@davidn.2555 That is not a counter argument, just because you had to look up a guide does not mean anything. The hard EE's gave you a sense of discovery and difficulty that it meant you were actually completing a challenging accomplishment
I remember the DE easter egg but could not tell you one interesting thing in Forsakens egg, it becomes so easy its not even an EE anymore its a campaign mission with zombies running around. BO3 > CW
@@lukefantini9770 100% agree, I would even say that watching the old EE hunts and streams made that experience even better. We used to have legit nerds in streamers discords solving ciphers and the community interacting trying to find the next step. It was a real hunt in bo1-3…
They may give the option of starting on round 20 or what ev # like they did in BO2
maybe for the difficulty or whatever concerning the higher round help for new players could be something like the round skips from bo2 or something
Bo3 had a mod kit with a big modding community which helped.
Mw3,aw, ww2 and iw zombies were actually fun
I like that those were the only games that got that treatment because i didn't want more of it. But ill go back and enjoy them as they were good for being their own thing. Extinction was coo too

im a fan of like outbreak, that was awesum . just freeroam in a large map. looting find artifacts, ect ect, it was great in cold war, so i hope it also come back in BO6
same i was listening for that. Not a word on it though just round based. I never really liked zombies that much until outbreak. Me and my gf played it constantly together. Its nice to have an open map and be able to chill out every now and again if u want and take it at a comfortable pace.

Yeah that's not appealing at all for the current zombies community they're just trying to move on and get the new players rather than the old players they are not listening when they said they have a game for everyone is for no One and that is true. There's listening to feedback rather than just trying to appeal to new players. That's not very good
They have to do the loadout system because if they dont then they cant sell skin bundles to zombie players.

i think weapon tiers & starting loadouts are a good thing, its fun starting with any weapon you like and it speeds up the momentum. its not completely busted either since you spawn with the lowest tier

When it comes to difficulty, id suggest to bring back the bo2 system, so people can choose between original or easy if approachability is a big deal for treyarch, my brother loved that he could play easy to help him the first couple of times on a new map and then he'd play on original difficulty after he familiarised himself with the maps

Adding a dedicated crew again is a great move, however if he truly cares about the ‘zombies DNA’ he’ll make sure Loadouts are removed. They make wallbuys & the mystery box completely redundant, which are HUGE parts of the zombies DNA.
It also encourages people who want to use zombies as a ‘levelling up’ mode which is the complete opposite of what it’s supposed to be!
Yup, is all just fanservice they dont actually want the core old zombies like BO1, 2 or 3 they just want cold war 2 with a little bit of nostalgia to get you to buy it.

Super excited for round based coming back of course. But at the same time I really don't want to lose what we have now with our open world objectives based mode. Really hoping they are gonna implement that into BO6 as well
Regardless of how round based goes I still want a true Outbreak 2.0. It’s a nice change of pace for when round based starts to get stale.
I think it's a shame that they had to abandon the Chaos storyline in BO4 due to Sledgehammers fiasco with Activision. They poured a lot of resources and passion into that.
I think whatll happen is terminus will be for hardcore/og players but liberty falls will be for beginners

Nobody promoting a new product is going to say that it sucks.
Additionally, logically the newest should always be the best, otherwise it's a step backwards.
(Yes, I understand that what one perceives as best during planning and making phase isn't always what others might appreciate as best when they start using it)
We'll have to wait and see. Any company will market their product as best. Only in retrospect, they might admit that it wasn't so
I think they also forget that they can do whatever with zombies, like it’s not like it based on real events like the campaign or how it plays out in multiplayer. I hope we see the best of stories and weapons in zombies
When has there EVER been difficulty in early rounds in zombied aside from doing the first dog on mob, origins generators and the blood catwalk???? There is only difficulty if youre trying to perfectly optimise points and making every early zombie kill matter, which only really good players are doing anyway
Zombies was NEVER hard early game and i cant even comprehend that theyre going to make it easier, if people found it too hard and didnt care to play more, they were never interested to begin with. Making it too easy just kills all fun for the ACTUAL FANS while making no difference to the people who dont care to begin with

Crazy thing is about zombies and treyarch wanting to make more “accessible”, keep in mind, I still run into MWZ players that have been playing for months and months and still not comfortable or unable to leave tier 1. Not sure what percentage of players that is but goes to show.

Bro people like u give me a stroke. It’s never not been in the game. Bo4 gave u double tap when u paped ur gun, same with Cold War. The perk enhances ur gun, not u, which is why it shouldn’t be a perk for the player, but a perk for the gun. Which is why packing it makes more sense as it already makes the gun stronger

and me personally i don't really mind whatever they do with it.
I'm gonna be pretty disappointed if there's stupid stuff like craftable self revives, and chopper gunners. I want 3 lives and I don't want multiplayer kill streaks in zombies.
I really hope that we got some cool Rewards for the Eastereggs like a Blueprint or a Zombie Themed Operatorskin.

I'm glad to hear they are focusing on what makes zombies more at its core with a set crew then lifeless operators as it definitely is a start, but the amount of time i hear "this will be the best zombies" just makes me doubt that then believe it, like Cold War did have a lot of good things to the Zombies mode but it was waaaaay too easy, like i get it new generation you want to let them experience the mode blah blah blah, but the issue is the zombie community has more of the old audience which to them they want a challenge, like the thing with the old zombie maps was there was a challenge to it where you weren't given a health bar you just went on knowledge that "jug gives you a extra hit", the Easter Eggs weren't in your face you actually had to figure it out which was exciting as people were racing to find them to where now its just a option, like i personally want a challenge where i can play it be like "damn that was fun and challenging" like i used too which i think many agree.
I have a bit of faith with this but i really want to be wowed then go "eh" so prove me wrong Kevin.

Yeah way easier than Cold War means literal baby’s could get round 100 so I’m pretty concerned. But what I’m hoping he means by that is it will be easy to get set up for like round 30 but after that you will need skill
@@RickGrimes-xz8skdepending on the strategy and map idt round 100 is easier on Cold War then other games. I think the major thing is it’s so much faster to run particular with rampage. Keep in mind tho Iv only gotten round 100 / extensively played on WaW, bo1, and Cold War maps

Ok, I like how things are going. Right now what we need is the base game mode easy to understand. But don't make it easy to play, it should be round based, some perks, some way to upgrade ur weapons. So like bo2, but add in cold war affects like upgrading perks, but when it comes to difficulty it should be map based. One map should be labled beginner friendly, one should be labeled expert. It's not just a name it let's people know this map might be hard for you or really easy for u.
For a pandemic game Cold War is a brilliant game.
Really hope they'll add steam workshop support!

Higher rounds faster could be the same as bo3 when you shoot the tuxedo guy at the start
They just need to have checkpoints as an option. Once you hit round 20, it opens up the option to start at round 20, allowing you to choose a few perks at the start, maybe start with a pack a punch etc.
Excuse me? The difficulty modes in bo4 are one of the best things about that game? Casual was good for new players cause it caused less zombies to spawn and they ran slower, while hardcore removed the hp cap that's in the normal difficulty which made it more align with bo4's predecessor and made it very challenging and fun, I 100% think they should add that system back in

It hasn’t been difficult since Bo2. Bo3 was still piss easy.
The only difficult one was bo4 because it had a difficulty system you can switch from easy to realistic which was a 1 hit down sprinters by round 3 and the amount of zombies on the early rounds are equivalent to the ones in higher

yeah I remember when everyone bitched about bo4 dogs being too hard and forcing treyarch to patch them, for once dogs were actually a threat and the entire community bitched about it despite having insane armor from special weapons and starting guns jfl

@@Unholy187It was definitely trash and made for people that play Spiderman on friendly neighbourhood difficulty. All you need is a Raygun and you can get to round 200.
Able to start on round 20 or 40 from the main menu. Help players get high rounds 🤷
