How I use the Kinesis Board with my Patients

Then you need to train the foot & ankle in several different ways.
One of my favorite ways to train OR rehab the foot or ankle is with the Kinesis Board from @Naboso
This is not your average wobble board.
This board comes with 3 different attachments depending on your goals, which are very easy to interchange & will challenge your body in so many ways. Unlike larger wobble boards, which move too much and aren’t conducive to our biomechanics, the kinesis board has a micro wobble to fully translate to functional movements way easier. Plus, the texture on the board provides a lovely stimulus to improve your proprioception (& it’s pretty satisfying to stand on!).
Here are 4 exercises I commonly prescribe to my patients with foot and ankle issues:
1. Single Leg Pallof Press
2. Banded Hip Extension to Knee Drive
3. Floating Heel Single leg RDL
4. Single leg Slider Around the World
