Noctis also have 50% LB fill rate, if that applies on the Link skill too, you get 30 LB in 2 turns without other help
ExCom, Garnet's ability awakening are different between global and JP, so, in this case, is better to check the exvius wiki.
PS: Garnet has 70% summon esper damage bc Global Exclusive
Yupi Gamer Garnet is on Awakening list. Reddit JP awaken shows potential Enhancements missing on Global and has many typos like her Curaja instead of Curaga. Her Princess of Alexandria 20% evo is the enhancement going up to 50%. Inexpensive. Toss in some x4 +10% Evo Materia and enjoy ;)

Noctis LB fill stacks with DW so you can get 20 LB from it, he also gets a 50% boost to lb fill rate; he should get 30 lb crystals every time right?

noctis enhancements very disappointing...tidus enhancements are the best. garnet enhancements already came before, so gumi is repeating bullshit...rikku's enhancements are not very enticing..overall big disappointment...

she very cheap , its like free stuff, no tier 5 matt, I believe
