Anyone else knew exactly what #2 was before the reveal 😅 the pingpong ball method. Just behind the method waving your fingers in front of your closed eyes in the direction of the sun to produce rapidly moving shadows. I’ve spent too much time researching… things… on the internet
@@skpokerface1 general sensory deprivation (mainly visual) methods. The pingpong balls in a bright room or with bright red shining in them create a visual input so clean and featureless that your brain starts adding noise to make sense of it (or random usually unperceivable visual noise stats to become prominent). So… throw in some white noise to do the same to your ears and you’ll get even more effects. Can’t think of anything else of the top of my head, but that’s generally the idea. Oh I guess another main one: the thing where you stare at the center of an animated spiral or diamond shape of moving lines (interchanging bands of outward moving black/white lines and inward moving black and white lines) for like at least 30 sec without moving you eyes. This will mess with your slightly higher order visual processing nerves related to motion, and after some time, if you look away, your vision actually warps just like how some people animate “acid melting walls” visuals. You may also be familiar with essentially the same phenomenon by playing a continuously moving beat-matching game like Guitar Hero, because it gets your motion perception to adapts to the moving visual frame. Essentially getting parts of visual field to track sections of content moving one way, while others are static or moving another way, and you’ll get a good 10 seconds of melty visuals, with no drugs needed!
I’m someone who has had an eye disease since I was born, and my grandma is legally blind from it and my dad has almost lost his sight a couple of times. So my entire life I’ve tried to (subtly) practice how to rely on my other senses cause I could lose my sight (retinas might detach) in an instant. So… while I wouldn’t look up a wiki how on it I’ve definitely “practiced” being blind.

"Well the gravy wasn't good that day"
19:25 "Who in their god damn mind wants to be a fake gamer girl??"
Oh Jack, I'm so sorry you had too find out who.
THE CLASS PRANK HAD ME CRYING 💀💀💀
Interesting how they can pick the same answer but jack's reason can be so much stupider.
"I refuse to believe we're there yet"
See that's how you know Jacks only been in this Wikihow game recently, because nowadays the site is known for its unorthodox, weirdly specific tutorials, but originally it was infamous for hosting tutorials on the most basic everyday actions.
I guess sssniperwolf must have checked out that how to be a fake gamer girl wikiHow
To be fair, practicing and coming to terms with going blind is a good idea so you can start preparing your home and stuff early
An actual list of slang that can be found in the 2010's article, under the picture shown in the quiz:
Bae - short for baby or babe; used to refer to someone's spouse
Fam - short for family/people whom you are close with
Humblebrag - bragging disguised as a humble apology, complaint, etc.
On fire - amazing or awesome
On fleek - impressive or stylish
Lit - cool, awesome, or amazing
TFW - short for "That feeling when"; often used in memes
Yaass/yass - used to describe strong approval
Yeet - to describe excitement and approval
I feel like yaaaas was later, but after K read on fleek I had multiple flash backs and realised that I was wrong. Words are strong. Holy shit. That was a vivid flash back.
I’m an artist, and I was asking the same question about the art style a while back. I looked it up, and it seems like they have artists trace stock images, and emulate the one style in doing so.
i'm so glad john finally did a video with drew gooden
@Anti Bot Police prove it then
THIS is a crossover I NEVER thought I would see. It’s like 2 different eras of TH-cam are touching each other. It feels wrong. I dig it.
RIGHT
"Touching each other" ????
@@louisecram2616 would you prefer "coming together"? 😏😏
I knew you all couldn't see each other because there was a point were Danny made a move to listen to you intently and he wasn't trying to watch what you were saying. Fascinating how that kind of thing automatically changes our behaviors and gestures
I was dead on with the dominatrix one! I knew it was number one, for one very simple thing: they made it specifically look like shes topless. This is a bedroom scenario, and only #1 deals with bedroom stuff. Guessing something alone the lines of “dont reject your subs kinks” or something, that was my guess on what the caption would be.
On the dot!
And funny enough, the tell for me was the black lipstick, just felt way too intentional for it not to have some sort of role
yeah, i was thinking the same thing
I guessed it because of the lipstick
danny's hair is really popping in this one, looking forward to no change on that front
Yeah fr 😁
😭 Aged like milk
@@tallic967 it did not age like milk the whole point of the comment is that his hair did change because the video came out after he shaved his head
While this shouldn't be surprising since Danny and Jack seem to have chemistry with pretty much anyone they collab with, I didn't expect the chemistry to be THIS good. You both were on fire and I really hope you both can get together again soon.
24:55 Danny looks so defeated when he learns about crinkling
jack: Who in their right mind would want to be a fake gamergirl?
*Ssniperwolf has entered the chat*
As someone who has never personally seen a bagel because they're not common in my country I could probobly use a guide on it, like what's some common things to put on in and stuff, maybe not a wikihow article but still
No bagels here either lol, i could use an article
Same with me
Honestly, i had never had bagels back in my home country, so i could've used that
my mom is American and even SHE had never really had or heard of a bagel until college. They’re a lot less widespread than I thought lol
Me too. The UK has bagels to buy. But no one sells them to go, etc. I haven't eaten one. If you don't know. You need some tutorial.
To whoever edited them, I appreciate the changing question number title cards.
The chick in #5 was clearly being an unprofessional dominatrix and kink shaming that puppy. That's like your therapist laughing at you.
As a furry, I can confirm that we do not keep that a secret from our significant others
Most of the time our significant others are furries lol
ew
there's definitely some people who do, but i do think you're right in saying that the majority of the community seek out people who are comfortable with them, although i think the situation they were talking about is someone who's just discovered they enjoy being a furry and has just told their partner
The momo jumpscare has kept me up for 15 weeks
danny: im going to agree with all of your answers so we can tie
danny: *proceeds to chose a different amswer for every question*
can "Writing Jack's Eulogy one comment at a time???" please be a real YIAY that danny host
this is genius
Absolutely adore that chapters have been included. An underused but welcome feature.
The video was ok too.
Personally, I hate them. It’s because on mobile, sometimes when you try to double tap to skip either forward or backward 10 seconds, it skips to the beginning of the next/previous chapter. It’s extremely annoying.
"How to stop a masturbation addiction" was ghostwritten by the ghost of Sylvester Graham.
I think Jack's council just knows him too well, knows how his brain works, and knows how to misdirect him.
And I'm not even mad. Good work, team.
I'm a few years older than Danny and was a senior at a nearby high school when that ranch dressing story happened. When our basketball team played against them several of my classmates brought signs referencing the incident. The story matched up so perfectly I went to Google what school Danny went to and, yep, same one
25:20 I found it really funny how Danny says he is going to face the other way only to, from our perspective, face directly at the question.
That who wants to be a millionaire edit with the references was hilarious
not in the shower or anything crazy like that
You were right about the Dominatrix one
"Be open-minded with the other person."
"who on gods green earth needs an article on how to eat a bagel" my brother in christ this is wikihow we're talking about, they have an article titled *'how to breathe'*
I immediately thought the first one was when the guy quits his job to be a freelance artist. Like that's the first illustration and then in the rest of the article he's wearing t-shirts or something. The okay sign plus slightly mischievous wink is what tipped me off
An unexpected collaboration but I needed it
i used to work near a place that helped people prepare to go blind, and it was very startling to see people pretending to be blind before i realized what was going on.
But why were people pretending??
Why did it have to be during this video that I decided to have carrots and ranch for the first time in probably 4 years of my life? It was in my mouth when you told that story Danny.
this jacksfilms guy is really funny… hope he doesn't get doxxed
Wikihow is like asking your drunk uncle for advice
Ah, so that's why Jack likes it. I get it.
Anyone else knew exactly what #2 was before the reveal 😅 the pingpong ball method. Just behind the method waving your fingers in front of your closed eyes in the direction of the sun to produce rapidly moving shadows. I’ve spent too much time researching… things… on the internet
I actually think its refering to the gazfield affect
yup, i knew what it was immediately, which says something about me lol
Lol what are some other methods I’m curious
I for sure read that article when I was a teenager tryna get hiiiigh 😆
i love seeing how much danny made jack laugh. he’s so funny
It’s funny that Ryan Trahan (the guy who also did a quiz like this with Danny) has actually made a video about the experiment in question 2!
Jack is suddenly collabing with all my other favorite TH-camrs and I'm all for it
How dare you collab with Danny and not have a who's sundae is the better sundae competition
That's another video on itself.
Danny: "It doesn't make sense that it could be 'How to become a freelance artist"
Me: "For that logic alone, it has to be 'How to become a freelance artist"
I had a friend who did some freelance art for wikihow awhile back, so I think they hire a lot of different people! The style in all these pics looks like its heavily referenced or traced from stock images so I'm guessing that's why it all looks similar, as opposed to normal cartoons which tend to have exaggerated features and unique character designs.
alternate title: danny gaslighting jack into not guessing the answer he’s gonna guess
I loved the Danny and Drew Jeremy Renner app video callback at 26:44
Putting pingpong balls on your eyes and listening to white noise makes you hallucinate, it's called the ganzfeld effect
can’t believe Danny grew back his hair for a video!
Dannys mayo story works for all the choices on the bagel question 14:00
Hell yeah
I want more Jack and Danny colabs, they have such compatible senses of humor and personalities!
You have to have Danny back again, this was so good! Y'all were amazing together.
can we get danny back as the son for another "me and my son" video? that'd be hilarious
This may be the last footage we ever see of Danny before the hair is gone forever. Relish it. Savor it.
I love how Danny is just treating this quiz so seriously while Jack is just laughing 😂😂😂
I just would like to state my admiration for Jack Patrick Douglasses Motion Pictures.
