    Paneer Tikki is a simple but very tasty paneer snacks recipe. This snacks is filled with veggies and paneer, making it a perfect snacks to make for your family. This Father's Day surprise your father by preparing this wholesome snacks!
    Ingredients:
    1/2 tsp Oil
    1/2 Capsicum (chopped)
    2 tbsp Cabbage (chopped)
    1/2 cup Green Peas (boiled)
    1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
    1/2 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
    Salt
    250 gms Paneer
    2 tbsp Mint Leaves
    4 Green Chillies (chopped)
    1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
    Salt
    Oil
    1 small chopped onion
    a little grated bottle gourd for binding
    chopped green chili or ginger
    crushed peas
    bell paper cut..we have used all the three colors
    Green onions or carrots finely chopped
    1 bowl paneer
    some cabbage
    Or sattu..if you don't have it, you can replace it with roasted gram flour..
    Or in spices we will need roasted cumin powder
    black pepper
    a little chaat masala
    a little red chili powder
    black or white salt as per taste
    Garam Masala
    So let's start..First of all we have put the pan on the gas for heating..
    After that add 2 tbsp oil in it.
    When the oil is hot, add ginger or green chillies to it or fry it after adding bad onions.
    Will put all the bad vegetables in it. Grated gourd, cabbage, peas, capsicum, green onions or carrots will also be added.
    Now mix them all well or cook for 2-3 minutes… Add red chili powder as per taste, a little garam masala, black and white salt as per taste, roasted cumin powder and mix all the spices well.
    After this paneer will be given or mixed.
    After this add sattu dal..you can adjust its quantity as per your requirement for binding..
    Now mix them all well..at last add black pepper or chaat masala and mix it..add coriander leaves and mix it or our filling is ready..
    Now after this keep a pan for heating..and spread 1 table spoon of oil in it..
    After this take some masala and roll it like a tikki..and coat it with some sattu on both the sides..
    Now the paan is hot, so these tikkis are given on it.
    We are shallow frying it only..don't deep fry it..
    Now turn it over..from both the sides..
    We will cook it till it turns golden brown.
    So now it is almost ready..you can see golden brown color has come.
    So here it is ready healthy paneer or sattu tikki.. Now enjoy it with green chutney, schezwan chutney or tomato ketchup...
