    Hi Brandon, Thanks for you great video. I face problem and it is "Should I create a list or segment" to connect with my postscript account. I mean those who put there phone number in klaviyo form where the number will be collect?

    The issue I'm having is Klaviyo isn't even adding the contacts to the selected list with the SMS form. So there is nothing being passed to Postscript either. I submit a test, and never receive anything or see a number added inside Klaviyo or Postscript. All my settings match yours.

    I had klaviyo for a while, I just started with postscript. Do I need both accounts or can I cancel my subscription with klaviyo now?

      Postscript is just SMS so I would keep your Klaviyo subscription for email marketing!

    I noticed on my Klaviyo account I do not have the option to accept SMS, I do see option to accept marketing only..... also is there a delay for adding to list after submitting form, Im doing some test and its not syncing.

      @@brandon-amoroso Hi Brandon, I am having the same issue with the segments on Klaviyo. I only have the "Accepts Marketing" option in the drop down menu and not "Accepts SMS". I went to the integrations page to make sure "collect SMS" is checked and refreshed but it still doesn't give me the option. Is there another setting or something I could have missed?

      @@brandon-amoroso in your video when you created a segment in klaviyo for the postscript list (around 7:00) you said the only property to change was "Accepts SMS" but I don't have that option, only "Accepts Marketing"

    I am switching from Klaviyo to post script for my Sms but I’m told that you cannot transfer your customer list to post script, each customer has to “opt in” from the pop up on the site, is that true? Or is there a way to transfer all of my contacts on post script?

    I think you missed a few steps when talking about how Klaviyo passes through the phone number to PS. At 4:47 you start talking about people coming through a keyword - but you didn't show how to set up a keyword or anything so you lost me there.
