Ingredients:
2 Cups Gluten Free Bread Flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Yeast
2 Tbsp Sugar
4 Tbsp Oil
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Warm Water for yeast proofing
1/2 Cup or more Warm Water for kneading

Looks delicious! Do you mean corn starch when you write corn flour for the blend? And just to make sure, you use 2 cups rice flour and 1 cup corn starch and 1 tbsp of xantham gum to make a blend but then only use 2 cups for this recipe?

May l asked which flour (blend)are you using? I use the Red Mill gluten free all-purpose baking flour but it didn't rise ! Thanks!
I make my own blend.. Which is mentioned in this video.. Combination of rice flour corn starch and xanthun gum.
Rice flour 2 cups
Corn starch 1 cup
Xanthun gum 1 tbsp
Red mill gluten free baking is not for baking breads... Use bread flour instead

May be your yeast is expired... Or water was too hot for yeast
