Well the dub WAS licensed to Disney and it's better than at least half of what Disney did anyway, not to mention the studio had been experimenting with *_Autodesk Softimage_* in that movie. They did it with Princess Monoroke too, but I'm pretty sure Spirited Away had always been a bigger deal (plus the dub was executive produced by a guy at Pixar).
Funnily enough, I believe NO ITEMS should be deactivated too. Imagine how unfair would be if that item was avaiable and one of the fighters was someone who used items a lot, like Guybrush.
