It's also early acess still, so that is the second red flag, yup.
Give them a break, they seem to be developing a very good game , it takes time and money hence early access, if you don't like the concept don't buy.

Latest patch:
- Increased AI count.
- Adjusted default AI settings according to feedback.
- Increased player footstep alert radius.
- Increased AI shoutout for help radius.
- Added potential patrols (grouped AI)
- Added potential cover points.
-> More enemies will search for players/flank.
You can also customise player behaviour.

Every game that releases these days has massive potential and almost none actually achieve it.
people seem to forget back in the 80's, 90's, 00's, the vast majority of games where mediocre , we look back with nostalgia , but only remember the greats, take 1997 for instance a great year for games, Half Life 1 , GoldenEye, Age of Empires, Fallout but it was also a year where the majority of game where bad,average

@@PuellaMagiHomuraAkemi i think we do look at factorio, satisfactory, deep rock galactic , helldivers 2. There are plenty of great games. These games frankly are better than even good games from back in the day.

the red dot being obscured by the front sight is fucking genius mate
It's a nice detail for a realistic shooter.
A2 sights are like that
NO they are not IF anything it should be on top of the front sight. Otherwise your losing the point of the red dot, that is being able to see AROUND the dot and give you a more clear view of what ur aiming at. Stop talking about shit you KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. So many people with 0 REAL firearms experience.

if the AI is to easy for you, you can select Custom in the AI settings, theres a whole load of sliders you can adjust to make them more alert to your presence, keep in sight longer etc, either way you can dial up the difficulty as much as you want
When I see stuff like this, I miss the days of DELTA FORCE games. Man those were fun days. Horrid graphics, but fun games. I heard someone did remake delta force though.....

I like the way they rendered iron sights & optics. The housing doesn't appear in focus like in modern shooters

I’m having a lot of fun with it so far, it has a ton of potential.
i run a beefy setup and i can not get the choppy look to go away especially when moving , that need to be fixed before i ever get on it again but it was like 9 bucks so will see

Such an underrated game from the golden era of gaming. Miss those days.
My best friend and me still talk about Vietcon, I crawled through the creek from the vietcong base to the US base with the flag have no idea how I made it. Good times.
Keep in mind this game is literally in pre-alpha so you can't expect much. It has potential and responsive devs and for $15 i think its a pretty good deal. Or you go get EFT single player for $250.

This reminds me a lot of the Zero hour swat style game. Ready or not was coming soon and had a lot of hype, then came a less polished and smaller scale version of the same concept called zero hour. Zero hour ended up being a pretty decent little game on its own. But I see a parallel here with Grey Zone in the Ready or Not spot. Extraction shooter, polished, and very hyped up, then there's this. Hopefully they keep developing it and it gets better though

Mack what did you think of the Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 reveal? Releasing later this year, if it’s anything like the first one then it’s a definite game of the year contender
I got it and its pretty fun so far. I've always wanted to play tarkov but this SP with optional coop really appeals to my play style and lifestyle. It's definitely early and can use a lot of work but so far so good.
It has potential. Will keep an eye on this.

Would you react to the new Kingdom Come 2 announcement?
The biggest feature this game needs to have to succeed is amazing AI. If it doesn’t then NOTHING else matters. Everything else can literally be built by the gods but if the AI are still shitty it’s not going to be worth playing.
A offline tarkov would be awesome, I know it exists in a way but I don't wanna go down that road. Just a looter shooter offline would be cool to me. I've been playing some stalker anomaly lately that sort of scratches that itch
SPTarkov is great. Tons of mods and customization.
This is exactly that in development. But better because it has coop.
+1 SPTarkov, Tarkov has tons of content now its capable of doing a single player mode well, the only let down is its bots.
The installer is easy to use it does everything, just make a directory put the installer in it run it, it looks for the game makes the necessary changes and disables the game reporting back to BSG = run the server run the game easy peasy.
@MeoithTheSecond I forgot the name of the mods I used before, but there are some to make the bots much better. I know SAIN was one for sure, but there were others to change spawns and make them loot and do quests.
Once I get tired of Rimworld, I'll have to try SPT again for the new map.

Just about everything has potential in Early Access but I've found that mostly is never the case.
I did a review of Software Inc with over 500 hours under my belt in 2015 and it's still early access. It really depends on the developer.
Update yesterday added maybe twice the enemies, plays much better now. At the moment there's about 10hrs of gameplay, more if you like experimenting with different loadouts.
Potential but a lot of things are needed to make this great.
Factions need more info. I have no idea what levels I’m at.
Main base should have mannequins to store personal gear. My bags take up so much space in the stash so this would make a nice addition.
Customise the mission parameters, like AI difficulty, number of bots, what faction the bots come from.
Looks like they released an update 4 days ago addressing some of the problems addressed in this video. I quoted the update below:

I wish these types of games would take a note from Call of Duty. Make the backpack take up a small portion of the screen and make it easier to swap items

I have the game fill the same but the one game coop I played had more guys, and the reason why is cause you get 3 on you and they kill you , but with team mates there's more guys but I play on a rog ally with my set up I just got so still new to it

I played this, and I'd be really interested in what you think of Deadside (Bad Pixel). Incursion RR feels so much like that game, but with less of the refinement that Deadside has had over the years. Deadside AI can be a bit dumb at times, stacking up to come for you and always aimbot, but for some reason I go back for more all the time as something holds my interest.

It is early access though, is it not? Personally, I'm not interested until it get's to Closed Beta, assuming that it get's to Beta. It doesn't seem far off to me.
they just did and update that added more enemies. gun fights are alot more fun now. game has alot of potential with how battle state games are acting. so much money on the table for the taking if this game and grey zone do it right.

Also despite his own claims, he is far from the only TH-cam giving forthright and honest reviews. In fact his reviews are often lacking in information and integrity because he puts so much emphasis on being angry and hateful because that is his USP.
You should try Zero Sievert, Mac. It's not this visual style, but the gameplay is Tarkov offline. It's a great game.
Finally mentions it’s pre Alfa after ranting about issues for 4 mins. They are very active and are updating very regularly. Don’t expect a fully polished game in pre Alfa.
I personally don't like to pay for games like this (early access or in alpha) because as soon as these developers get money for an unfinished game it seems they abandon it and move on to something else for a money grab. Hopefully that's not the case with this game, it looks like it could be good.

i must agree with this interview. i really like the overall foundation for the game, but its very lacking in content. once you play the game for about 3 hours, youve already seen the majority of that it has to offer. but i guess it just comes down to this; Would you rather pay $250 or $16?

i thought this was going to be a sequel to insurgency sandstorm because of the title but it sadly isnt, its a shame how low the player count is in sandstorm so it really needs a sequel

for those that don't know yet, there is sp tarkov, a great single player tarkov experience that takes the base game and allows one to play it with bots only, keeping the progression and whatnot, without the fear of losing equipment if you die, etc; highly recommend it (need to have a legit key for tarkov in order to play it)
Considering the new Escape from tarkov PvE mode is almost $250.... This game is looking really affordable by comparison.

I'm really not proud of that game, just because of that name (I'm from Slovakia) in combination with the fact that it's their first project and there's only 10 of them or so in the team. It's very primitive and I think they bite off more than they can chew. They should have done something much smaller and original (not copy GTA)...I wish them luck though 🙂

Incurision: Red River should make the game $5 since its not "offically released" and they can make changes to fuck over the community later on. Spend $17 now, play one day and get nothing out of it makes the game worth a buck in the devs eyes. They're only going to increase the price. And before anyone says "What, you can't afford a $17 game?" Yes, I can. Its the principale of the matter that we've seen for the past decade of corporations swindling you out of money, and not even upgrading or updating their games. "Early Release." What a load of horse shit. Helldivers 2 was doing really damn well and Sony just schwacked a part of their player base. Why? Becuase we let them.
It should be free in its current state.
