I don't think Bill Burr makes things funny. He is just saying things that seem funny to everyone else. I remember comedians talking about Bill Burr simply talking to them in car rides, and they couldn't stop laughing at things that Bill would find just normal things.

I know it sucks, but that's the voting system we have. Better to delay the apocalypse than to speedrun it...
