Una gozada. Mi punto de vista es : el kata de nuestra compatriota, pone en Liza una vivencia distinta de la La Kata, haciendo una continuidad de su ejecución, poniendo toda la “carne”en el asador, exponiéndolo todo, dejando actuar a su inconsciente…, a estos niveles , el arte y el Do, solo se puede manifestar por personas que se han dejado la piel en el tatami.

The person who take the camera is very unprofessional. When performing martial arts, the camera only shoots big faces or big hands. It is not a documentary or an art film. The overall movements of the kata cannot be seen. Waist my time and data

I did this in the 90’s along with my oldest son , who was 12 years old back then , Karate is a good foundation , but MMA is the way to go , just Kata alone won’t protect you from an attacker , screaming either , but a poke to the eyes , throat , kick to the balls will work anytime 😂

Una gozada.
Mi punto de vista es : el kata de nuestra compatriota, pone en Liza una vivencia distinta de la La Kata, haciendo una continuidad de su ejecución, poniendo toda la “carne”en el asador, exponiéndolo todo, dejando actuar a su inconsciente…, a estos niveles , el arte y el Do, solo se puede manifestar por personas que se han dejado la piel en el tatami.

I did this in the 90’s along with my oldest son , who was 12 years old back then , Karate is a good foundation , but MMA is the way to go , just Kata alone won’t protect you from an attacker , screaming either , but a poke to the eyes , throat , kick to the balls will work anytime 😂
Kung fu practitioners train for kicks in the balls so that they are not affected much. You can develop your balls if you train
