Oh , the genius of the beegees....they were at their peak at this point.....loved this reaction.....as you pointed out Kate each of their voices could be clearly heard.....extra bonus....Robin's dance at the end.....love his dances🕺 ......
I love this song and this performance for all the reasons you said so much! I, especially, love hearing the full song live because, then, Mo would usually sing the high “I'll blame it all”, “Blame it on the nights on broadway”, and “Oh, those nights”, since Barry couldn’t sing that while he was singing the melody. I love that because it showcased the vocal range Mo had and because I think he sounds almost exactly like Barry doing that, which I think is crazy! Plus, it was quite rare for Mo to have a stand out part like that so I think it was very special that he got to do that!
Thanks, Melodic -- I have always loved the BeeGees..but most especially Robin... they are all amazing; I always have thought that any one of them could sing any note on any day... Maurice never got the credit he deserved.. (btw, you have a lovely voice)
Awww thank you!! Robin also has my favorite voice but you’ll see if you go through my videos that I have reacted to a fair number of Maurice led songs as well because his voice was also lovely. And of course Barry is wonderful as well - they were just all so uber talented and that’s why we all love them so much : )
Chicago Soundstage is my favorite of their live performances. They sounded amazing. Looked so good. And had no idea of the dizzying level of fame that was awaiting them in just a few short years.
Love this performance, and the entire concert, too. Great to hear all of their voices more clearly here. I also love seeing how Barry is looking over at Robin both times Robin does his solo parts, and then Robin looks back over at Barry before Barry comes back in. One of my favorite songs. They were all so attuned to each other. They are all so damn handsome here! Thanks for the great reaction, Kate.
My hubby to be was getting really sick of hearing about my Bee Gees love so I decided to share it with the internet instead 🤣 Thank you for watching my videos!!
Spencer once spoke of this song as his first memory of a Bee Gees song, because his father arrived home very excited about it and played it at full volume and sang it throughout the house. What I find curious is that he remembers something when he was only 3 years old 🙂 anyway, I love the song as much as Robin did, and the three boys look just beautiful here 🤩🤩🤩 Your story is also lovely, how did your karaoke go, and how your audience reacted 😊
I also loved this concert! However, the videography was not up to par. It focused on Barry, even though he was not singing. My boys had great solos! Watch their performance on the Midnight Special. Rob and MO were recognized for their wonderful parts. Also, Robin looked amazing!
I have watched the Midnight Special version and it’s wonderful but you can’t hear Robin as well so that’s why I decided to go with this performance : )
@@themelodicmariner3323 However, if you were unfamiliar with Rob and MO's voices, it would be difficult to know who was singing. But I do understand your choice.
@@susanhunter7124 Did you see the bit where I stopped the video and specifically talked about who was singing what part? That would clear up any confusion people might have I think : )
Love this song go Robin go ❤ this is my sons favourite song of the bee gees ❤❤❤❤❤👏👏👏👏👏
Show!👋👋👋👋👋🤩🇧🇷
My all-time favorite Bee Gees song and I love this live version.
They all look yummy here. Especially Mo. He’s precious!
This song is amazing! Adore these beautiful brothers!!!
Love this concert. I remember watching it as a 13 year old kid. Good times.
One of my favorite songs, great performance, very beautiful memories with my friends 😊
Love this entire performance. And let's not forget the matching shirts 😄😄
I really like when they dressed the same, as when were little kids.
Favorite song and stellar performance. Love that Barry always rocks out and Robin’s signature leg kicks! 👏
The leg kicks are everything 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Everyone was firing on all cylinders!!
My god,. They are amazing. 💔💔💔
I love Robin the best, but this is my favorite high voice song by Maurice. Missing my BeeGees today ‼️❤️❤️❤️

Love this concert! Singing karaoke in a Broadway bar sounds like fun!
It was a blast! Karaoke in general is always a great time. I miss it so much. Stupid covid depriving us all of our favorite activities : (
Great video!;love those voices!
Thanks me too!!

Yes, I did. Thanks for doing that.
@@themelodicmariner3323 - I noticed that as well. @5:25 you hear Robin clearly while it was hard to hear him distinctly in other versions.
