Definetly not fastforwarded, the piano is perfectly in tune with the notes he is playing. The notes would be at a higher pitch if the video was sped up. Thing is, there are people who can play even faster then this.

that's what recording at a high fps does. it reduces motion blur which makes movement seem a bit off.
