Based on my understanding of other recipes that claim to yield chewy cookies, it’s the shockingly large amount of sugar (ratio of flour to sugar is 1:1.4-2) that gives the chewy texture. This recipe doesn’t call for too much sugar so the chewy texture might be compromised.

沒有中筋面粉,只有高筋和低筋,幾多溝埋可以變中筋😂
可以試吓用150克低筋麵粉+30克高麵粉
