*Are you ready?* Join us for an amazing adventure: Tentacles: The Astounding Lives of Octopuses, Squid and Cuttlefishes. Opens Saturday, April 12, with a special member preview April 11. mbayaq.co/13eqNep
I would like to know if both the cuttlefish species you have as well as octopus exhibit any of their morphic and mimicry behaviors in captivity. I don't see as they would have much reason to, as they are triggered by the impulse to hunt or to hide. I have a feeling they figure out the most efficient way to get whatever food you provide without any "light shows" like the cuttlefish and I hope they have no reason to camouflage themselves and hide. I'm not against keeping captive cephalapods, just curious.

I Wish it Was A Movie
I am so beyond upset that I missed the chance to see a live vampire squid without ever knowing that it was possible at the time.
Were you able to see any of the deep-sea cephalopods?
I'd like to see it
