Matt, the story is very sad, if as you say that most people say you were in the wrong, have you thought that you actually are wrong? Also bryan, i dont know of you realise how bitter and twisted you always sound. All fans ask for is some appreciation, you are in the position that you are because of your hard work and the fans support, never forget that without the fans, you are nothing, you cant wrestle infront of no one, the business wouldnt work.
Myers thinks of himself as this grizzled vet who has done it all. Dude has never drawn a dime outside of the few weirdos who are blindly devoted to this show. $40 for you to scribble on a box is insane.
The common misconception amongst fans who don’t normally go to conventions is the event management companies pay talent to sign autographs as part of their appearance fees.
Fixing to buy a house and wanting to collect the hasbros i had as a kid and its because of you guys and the excitement you brought back to me and the memories thanks guys for the content and entertaining Saturday morning
Dunking on a small business owner just because he's in the same business as you is crazy. So petty it really shows how big the major pod guys egos have become. If they could charge money for the ability to post this comment they probably would.
Calling wrestlers a “small business” is laughable Just cause they don’t run wrestling shows in the carnivals anymore, doesn’t mean they aren’t carnies….
Would you compare 5 guys to McDonalds? All American is a fast food burger. Price wise its comparable to other fast food chains. Dont hate on an LI staple.
Luv the show & have been listening since day 1 and understand your point about charging autos but trying to justify charging someone $40 for something that takes you 3 seconds when it takes a normal person a couple hours of work to earn $40 makes you guys sound ungrateful.
@@nicroberts83 easy to do an eBay check, if you look at sold items, Matt cardona is around £10-£15, but that's for a signed item, ie you get the item as well.
Guys - You're not wrong for charging for an autograph. Charging for an autograph is a good you're providing no different than selling any good/service. People are cheap and want everything for free nowadays or can't pay for things but still want them.
I think it depends a lot on where people are coming from. I'm an author, and I have a signing scheduled next week - that's 100% free, and that's just the way it works with author signings. So I can understand if someone used to that kind of event is surprised that in other settings people have to pay for an autograph.
If they are at a booth or signing that's one thing. But out in the wild or passing by ringside after a match that's just cheese.... LOL plus 40 bucks for a quick sig on a shirt someone's wearing I would have told him to stick it too...
Small time pro wrestlers thinking their autographs are worth $30. Actively turning away fans that are desperately needed in TNA and AEW. So selfish it's crazy
