- On November 6th the Reading & Northern ran their final Fall Foliage Trip from Reading’s Outer Station to Jim Thorpe and return. We again start off with some pre-dawn action at Port Clinton engine house and follow the action throughout the day all the way to sundown back near Port Clinton. Video this time was done by my son Russell who is excited to share his first videos of the former Reading T-1. So please enjoy Russell efforts, he hopes you enjoy the show as much as we did!!!
Amazing video
What a lovely site to see, to see her do her thing form years past is the best thing since slice bread. Thanks for the great vid. Old Master Gunnery SGT USMC.
Great documentary of epic excursion -- the final run of 2012 in 2022 (but look for her to be back in 2023!). She performed like a champ with 12-cars. Thanks for creating and sharing this.
Nice! Cool that you guys get to share the hobby together.
Not sure why the Pacing shot is upside down. Tried fixing it, but oh well. Rest looks ok lol Thanks for watching!!!
Oh wow, do they did run 2102 after all? I thought it was going to be 425. I almost bought tickets for this date, but decided to go to NY instead to visit family and wait till I can ride with 2102, since I have done a couple trips already with 425. Now I wish I had bought tickets for this trip. Oh well, great video! Love it
very interesting reflection footage was not ready for the inverted look but i liked it
Прекрасный фильм💯💯💯💯
I'm assuming 2102's firing table is replaced?
Maybe 2102, 765, 611 or 113 could fill in the excursions for 425 until whenever she comes back from her FRA 1472 Day Inspection.
2102 will be 425s replacement until 425 returns from it's inspection 611 is at Strasburg and 113 I doubt will be able to pull such a long train from reading to Jim Thorpe.
@@USASteamProductions I get it, maybe 2102 should do railfan excursions from Reading to Pittston. I know this has never happened before, but from what I've been hearing that the R&N is planning on building a new station in Pittston that will become the same as they did with the Reading's Outer Station. If anyone can confirm it, that would be awesome!
Do you love is Pennsylvania?
