Could you elaborate on the effect of applying ED if you are a URM who does not meet the medians vs if you are not and you do meet the medians?

I am currently a highschool student getting ready to graduate this year, i did some research and i was wondering if a paralegal certification through only the CLS program and having a year or more of work experience working as a paralegal can higher a applicants chances at getting into a Ivy League law school. Thank you

Work experience can absolutely elevate a law school application, and paralegal experience in particular can be valuable as far as getting an idea of how it is to work in a law firm and whether it's the right path for you. Paralegal experience is very common though for law school applicants, so it typically doesn't elevate you over other types of work experience. Hope that helps!
