One of the things i agree with Paul Washer and Voddie over is that many churches don't worship Almighty Righteous God, instead they worship Santa Clause. I've explained others that my PTSD was a result of me turning my back on God. Although He forgave me, this thorn in my side is to draw me closer to God.
I think God can heal PTSD. I don't know if you know Dr. Mike Hutchings but he teaches on having a lot of success with it.
I totally agree also, that true worship in spirit and truth is not the typical music we are experiencing. It is largely soul centered and not lifting our gaze to the One True King of Kings. We stop singing when it focuses on how I feel, what I need, what I want . . .

We are not to forget our sin, but we are not to dwell on it. What if Paul dwelt on it? He murdered and had people murdered. We are also to remember that He forgave the guilt of our sin. We will not forget the consequences of them, but we must forget the condemnation. We walk around forgiven but we remember so that we will not repeat stupid and godless acts. It is to humble us and keep us from unforgiveness of those who sin against us. We must have conviction of sin and our conscience must not be dull from ignoring the Holy Spirit.

No stop forcing others to read only one version. That limits the power of Almighty God, the one who can reach you at your level of understanding. Its not the version, it's REGULARLY READING SCRIPTURE. IF ALL YOU FOCUS ON IS WHAT VERSION YOU READ, YOU ARE NO DIFFERENT THAN THE CATHOLICS OR SANHEDRIN OR OTHER RELIGIOUS HYPOCRITES.

@@TornCurtainIJoshuaSimone I find statement like "Greatest Sermon" to be juvenile at best and something a bunch of middle schoolers would say.
The betrayal of the gospel by the Calvinist always can be identified by the use of the word "true". True repentance. True faith. True christian. True . . . Who gets to weigh and determine and qualify what is true? Only the Holy Spirit can weigh what is truth. Too bad you elevate Voddie to the mediator of truth!
I don't agree with everything Voddie said. But the main reason i shared this sermon was because too often the modern church glosses over the issue of sin
