When I saw this movie at the cinema with my then boyfriend, I cried SO much. Probably because I was afraid my relationship also ended for the same reason... and it did.
I don't know how long (but long) I spent without daring to play this song again. But now I feel SO free that I can hear it without suffering! Just enjoying how beautiful and emotional this song is.
It's a wonderful sensation to face your fears of the past and know they don't control you anymore ❤. Thanks for time that keeps passing by, thank God ❤

and I just saw it last week and yes it deserved the Oscar, what a movie, I didn't want to see it cause im not into musicals but my new friend told me and he said I loved it, I said ok l will watch it and see what you love, lololol and I ended up crying so much, I txted him, he said yeah I cried too. I regret so much about not watching it before. I was always complaining about this when my friends wanted to watch it, and here I am recommending this to all my friends and family members lolololol.

Yep pretty much. It isn't all bad though. It's beautiful. I smile to it now instead of crying. I rejoice that I had the chance to feel such happiness I am not sad it ended I am happy it happened. Multiple times. That's the beauty of love isn't it?

Watching "La La Land" for the first time with my boyfriend was one of the happiest moments of my life. We were so in love, and everything felt perfect. But now, as I look back on that memory, I can't help but feel a sense of overwhelming sadness.
Our love was never enough to bridge the gap between us, the gap created by our different religions. As we continue down this path, I can feel our relationship crumbling under the weight of our differences. It's as if we're slowly becoming Seb and Mia, doomed to part ways despite our love for each other.

I can't come up with one word that can adequately express the feeling that is similar to the feeling I receive when listening to the soundtrack from the movie: Somewhere in Time. I had actually been listening to it, for perhaps 30 years, thousands and thousands of times...and I know that I could listen to it for 100,000 times, and still feel a joy, a peace, that can't be adequately expressed! Maybe one word to describe the feeling that I receive from these two soundtracks/songs, is: rarity! It's rare that I can listen a song that is so dreamy, over and over and over again: and not get enough of it. I don't usually go on and on with my notes. So excuse me it I 'talked' too much! Such a dreamy song! *smiles*

who created this song is a genius, like literally. it changes the movie a whole lot. like you can't just throw in a romantic sad piano there and bet it would sound better than this. there's something about this music that just makes it unnerving in a good way..... it's both sadness and hapiness at the same time, oh wow. it's probably a different feel if you guys have watched this movie...... the ending is just so deep but a little happy in some way. it just plays with your feelings i really can't describe it. Wow. it's just wow. you can feel the regretness of Mia watching him play... the "what if" scene just makes you feel it deeper. this movie is so different. i can watch it several times and still not be "satisfied" and the desire to watch it even more and more again.

I could have never imagined a movie that could make me bawl my eyes out just right after watching its trailer and reading a few comments to get a glimpse of what the movie's about. And this song is, just like the movie, an absolute masterpiece. I haven't watched La La Land yet, as I haven't been ready to cry like a kid throughout the whole movie. But I'll surely see it in the near future (probably when I need to cry).

when I hear that part, it really sounds to me like my bittersweet memories of times I had with people I loved. I used to cry to it. But now I smile because it was beautiful. It was beautiful what I had. What we all had.

Nothing can top the first time i went to see it in the movie theater. I was just crying, so many chills down my spine. I was just hypnotized after. I went with my mom and we went to see the city lights after that. The feeling of listening nostalgic music while watching the stars and the city lights is just the best feeling for me. This movie made me feel comfort in being a hopeless dreamer.
This is the Soundtrack of my life. That story is almost the same as mine in many ways. Now shes the mother of two she finally could get the family that she always wanted, married with a good man that wasnt a mess like me. I finished my studies, putted in order my finances And living in another country chasing my goals but Im not capable to be with somebody else because I dont feel the same even I have plenty of optiones, hearing promises, feeling the touching of other hands but they dont have the Same warn as she had.
I hope she have all the hapiness that she deserves and I couldnt give to her because of my strange type of Life.

Some people think a relationship is successful only if one of you is dead by the end of it. I think I'd rather be like Seb and Mia, and have something beautiful that lifts you both up. Id rather live with the memory of something beautiful, that didn't last forever, than live with something losing its beauty over time because it takes something from you. Seb + Mia gave each other everything they could, and that was perfect.
