- Mall of asia Expansion and Reclamation Update
This is the latest progress on the mall of asia expansion project in 2024.The northwing of sm mall of asia is having a major renovation to add more floors to the two level mall.
The SM Prime's 60-hectare SM Mall of Asia is expanding into one of the world’s largest mall on the occasion of its 15th anniversary.The former entertainment mall at the back was demolished to give way to new and exciting projects a new skygarden and a football field is currently under construction.
MOA will add about 250,000 square meters to its floor area, spanning a total of over 650,000 square meters, which will count as one of the largest in the world, a fitting milestone to a mall that has touched the lives of millions in the last 10 years.
SM Prime Holdings has earmarked as much as P1.5 billion to redevelop Mall of Asia, which will expand its selling area by about a third and become the country’s first shopping mall with a football field on its roofdeck.
The upgrading of Mall of Asia is part of SM Prime’s medium-term expansion program.

they should make light rail connecting moa to airport so people will not get stuck in traffic. many travellers have long layover so they could spend time in moa. but they also dont want to get stuck in traffic
And last 4th floor will be this year in 2026 after 20 year’s anniversary and opening for football become FIFA world in 2026 soon after have two like fragile before grand opening soon
