I think for someone like yourself living with diabetes you should not have these types of recipes or at least tell people this is a once in a blue moon dessert. Diabetes is on the rise because of these types of ingredients and recipes. Being European, I know you can cook and bake with clean ingredients and it’s not a danger to anyone’s health. Then again, you do you. You just popped up on my feed but I don’t know why.
My family has a hard time, so I make it late at night asleep, and then I wait till after dinner at next night. I just made one this past weekend for Mother’s Day and my sisters birthday, and it was delicious. One of my favorites and a great dessert for summer!!

He will be 20 May 27th.👼🏼 Now I don't know which recipe I'll use I have seen three really awesome looking ones you have done. I was thinking of trying the Nutella one with the whipped cream and chocolate pudding. Just to change it up a bit that one had Marshmallow cream in it seems super decadent. Paula good for you on working out. You look wonderful. But just a suggestion I think you would look much better in smaller frame glasses. I think you look so much more better in the clear frames opposed to the black. You keep up the wonderful work on your health. Such an inspiration.
Been making this for years Never have I sprayed the bottom of the dish. There is nothing to stick to it and your not cooking it off so eliminate the Pam spray
I can't use pam or any type of spray for pans it sends me running to the bathroom. (Restarants use it alot. For stuff not to stick to pans. It affects me that way. I don't think those sprays are safe. I use butter instead.
Too many processed foods. People are now getting cancer younger and younger and it’s the foods we eat that are only now that we are knowing this. We can cook simple and easy without all the junk. Then again, it’s your choice. Be well.
