The "My Best Friend Plank" music video being included at the end just drove the nostalgia home, thank you for giving a beloved piece of my childhood new life
This unlocked those memories for me. I completely forgot about "My Best Friend Plank"
I remember discovering the US cartoon network site existed only being told of the local UK one and it was amazing.
Like there was a bigger world of cartoons out there! Music videos! Voting campaigns, a literal hub world for profiles you can trade and put sticks on your profile or battle with trading cards. So much more than what the UK site had (it had pretty much a few flash games and that's it XD ) and this weird thing called friday friday's? Something the UK never got.
I miss those days. Now sites block certain IP's or automatically take you to your own country site instead. I don't want to be on the bad UK site, I want to be over in the US where all the cool kids are! XD
I am so happy I grew up with classic cn so many wonderful memories

It's funny because I don't see this as a "reinvention" of the show, this IS the show in a nutshell, and the artstyle fits perfectly.

Yeah, everyone talks about how the poor Eds get beat up a lot, but they bring it on themselves. Johnny hardly ever bothers anyone and he still gets dunked on. Even Eddy bullies him.

The reanimated opening portion had me laughing mostly, but was also making me a bit emotional with the overwhelming nostalgia. But then, towards the end... I hadn't heard that Plank song in many years and that whole thing hit me like a truck. Amazing work. Crying happy tears and wishing that time didn't have to go by so fast.
Still my favorite CN show after all these years!
Catching all the references made me remember how fun it was cartoons as a kid.

This was awesome. Love the art style and the Plank music video at the end really tied everything together. Man do I miss Ed Edd n Eddy, Cartoon Network, and the 2000s era in general.

God, you made me cry because Ed Edd n Eddy is my very favorite show on CN. They could've made more seasons and episodes from the cul-de-sac, forest, the town/city, the school, camping/School Camp, and finally, other places they could go like expanding the map. Also finishing season 6 and adding other seasons like this series has a lot to show for it.

As someone who normally isnt a fan of style changes when it comes to shows, even though this is fanmade, I would actually watch the show in this style. Even though I am obsessed with the original animation due to its unique style and process, being the last hand drawn animated show in CN, this would be a great style as a show lol

If we ever got an Ed Edd n Eddy reboot, I think this is what it would look like. The only criticism I have is that you didn't add the boiling lines the show is famous for, but the animation is still really good. This is a wonderful tribute to the cartoon!
