@@enochhkshendaaa8385 Hi mate, thanks for the suggestion. I’m now in my pre season, but I don’t tend to change much with regards to my nutrition. I try to keep it lean and healthy, around 3000-3200 kcal’s. Making sure I’m getting plenty of protein. Also, making sure I’m adding enough carbs in and around training to help me fuel and recover from my sessions. Regarding supplements, I don’t take many. I’ll have a protein & carbohydrate shake after my goalkeeper sessions, and every day I’ll have an electrolyte drink with Creatine monohydrate mixed in. I’ll look to do a video on these throughout the season with a bit more detail! 🧤
