    How can you tell if you've a not so easy to see infection in your body that's setting off your immune system?
    Is there a test to confirm ss? The dry itchy uncomfortable face & pop up itchy red bumps on face & body sound like ss. rheumatologist not all in with educating me they were upset i knew of ss & ask about low b12 and that eye dr made me aware of medication risks. Can i email you

    What’s the best diet for Sjögren’s? How to fight chronic fatigue? I sleep 10-12 hours per day…..I’m
    sleeping my life away….help please

      I too have Sjogrens and dysautonomia. Tired but wired. Sleep problems but no matter how much sleep, I wake up anxious and depressed and feel like I haven't slept at all. But that feeling of sleeping your life away is a terrible way to go. I hope you're able to find a solution to this. I have multiple symptoms due to Sjogrens and I hope you're not having neurological symptoms as well. My heart goes out to you ❤
