My great grandmother had rheumatic fever and became pregnant with my father. At that time they had no way to save her and she died from rheumatic heart disease shortly after giving birth. We didn’t know that and my father had many auto immune symptoms, however never diagnosed and died at the age 53 of a massive MI. I really feel like I inherited this.
