@@ethancooley1815 I'm just responding to the comment above saying he has no one to rotate. The players were there all season but he chose to run Udogie and Porro to the ground. He decided not to put Spence in the Europe squad. It's all self-inflicted problems. Even if he didn't have players to rotate, then he should have backed off on the intensity during practice so they could recover properly. He could have also subbed them after 60-75 minutes when games were out of reach.

@@leebruce9668 spurs always have injury problems no matter who is the coach. lloris has been out long term before and this club never learned from its mistake which is why they languish with a rusty old fridge in goal. udogie got injured last season and they didn't bring anyone in, they sold sessegnon instead. now they have to pay a child so far out of position you might as well ask brennan johnson to go play LB. maddison out for 2 months last year, they brought in nobody good enough to compete, instead they sell lo celso who was the only half-usable, half-mobile CM who could tackle, pass AND score.
this team has NEVER been able to field a 2nd squad that isn't a bunch of washed frauds or children. like gariatric bale and ivan perishite. They 1) do not have the wage budget/structure and 2) they do not have the negotiating power to bring in starting XI players to sit on a bench for SPURS. if it was liverpool, most would go. thats why spurs sign ODOBERT, while liverpool sign players like DIAZ to sit on their bench.

Tottenham have been plagued by injuries before Ange. Ange has a hard style but the players adapt. The lack of quality depth, limited ability to rotate and compete in 4 fronts, and not a poor medical setup are all on the club. Ange’s system can contribute to injuries and can worsen a thin team but the root cause is the club not investing in the team depth and quality over years. I back Ange and his style. With a bigger squad that he trusts he can get Tottenham to new heights.

Its hard with Hamstring injuries because there are so many mitigating factors that could lead to tweaking the hamstring. For example it could be injured through athletic movements such as sprinting or Jumping. Or it could also be brought upon by pre existing injuries that maybe Ange or the medical team didn't know about and the players just played through it. Or it could be from fatigue. They have played a lot of games one after the other and also had 3 international breaks in a short period of time.
I think it's unfair to put it down to his training methods. It very well could be from the high intensity sessions. But we dont know for sure coz we aren't out on the training pitch every day. Also the players have expressed how much they live his sessions and havent complained too much about his sessions or the intensity of said sessions

From a Sports Science perspective higher chronic load and lower chronic load athletes have to be identified and trained accordingly to prevent over training and injury prevention. This has to be be a agreed process between the sports science team and coaching staff to managed their training loads and wellbeing of the players. This high injury load will be down to insufficient players management and lack of communication between the back room staff.

Kyogo Furuhashi’s hamstring injury was the SIXTH of that nature picked up by a Celtic player in recent months.
Albian Ajeti, Jota, Tom Rogic, Carl Starfelt and Josip Juranovic have all spent time out with similar issues.
Postecoglou admits Celtic need to fix the problem - but he believes it will disappear as players learn to cope with his demands.
And he reiterated that he won’t change his all-action style, even if it means casualties along the way.

As for our injuries, 5 players out with hamstring injuries, there's something not right. We have the 1st leg of our semi final v Liverpool on Wednesday, which, at the moment is iooking like the 2nd leg will be a formality, and then Tamworth away in the FA C up. We'll win that one. Ange Postecoglou is trapped in a relentless nightmare at Tottenham, a club that has become synonymous with chaos and underachievement. His talents are being utterly wasted in an environment seemingly designed for failure-no league title in over 60 years and no trophy in 30. Go figure!
Last season, Spurs were riding high, leading the Premier League with a full squad. Now? They’re stumbling along with a makeshift team, plagued by injuries. It’s absurd to expect any manager to thrive in such a mess. Just as a car can’t run on fumes, a manager can’t succeed without the right players.
What’s infuriating is the sheer idiocy of some fans suggesting that Ange’s management style is causing these injuries. Let’s be clear: there’s a whole medical team and a dedicated sports science coaching staff in place. Blaming him for injuries is not only unfair; it’s a desperate and ignorant attempt to pass the buck. This level of stupidity reflects a low moment for Spurs fans, who have shown their uneducated and foolish side time and again. It’s no surprise they’re often regarded as one of the most disliked fan bases in football. Managers like Pochettino, Mourinho, and Conte have all detested the Spurs fans. There’s never a pleasant exit from that club for either manager or player. One thing is certain: the club will find it very hard to attract another quality manager; the fans have effectively destroyed the brand.
One week, they’re singing “I’m loving big Ange instead,” and the next, they’re booing him off the pitch. Ange is the one who has brought pride, interest, and life back to this club, igniting a spark that had long been extinguished. And this is how they repay him? It’s disgraceful. He deserves so much better than this toxic environment. It’s time for him to escape this sh*t hole of a club and find a place where he can truly thrive-somewhere that appreciates his vision and commitment. Spurs need to wake up and recognize that the real problem lies far beyond the manager.
