Ya kuchh meetha Khao n 15-40 min me observe Krna movements, Ekdm shant ho kar let jaiye, aur belly par hath rakh k baby se baat kariye. Every 20-30 minutes me movements hoti h. Agar to bhi feel nhi hoti ek bar dr se puchh sakte hain, Waise 6 Months aur first Pregnancy me movements zyada achche se samajh nhi aati h, fir bhi ap dr se bat kariye.
