EXCELLENT trainer! Really appreciate you hiring someone to do this that knows how to present the information in a clear, linear manner. It's sadly unusual in our industry.
Thanks for the great toturial! Those two offline Devices you have, after analyzing and figuring out the right frequencies and deploy all them out, you have to change the Frequency of the BLX4 Reciever manually in the device Settings (Hardware) right? Best wishes, JG
When I click calculate, Im not so sure whats happening. Wireless Workbench is finding frequencies for me? If so, where do I see the frequencies its picked for me? All that happens when I click calculate is all my current frequencies that I was already using are listed in the bottom under the "calculate" button and given red labels.
Could you possibly go over what to do when it says there are 0 devices online? Ive literally wasted all day trying to get these two units just to show up on my computer and I keep getting nothing.
The band information is printed on every transmitter and receiver. Depending on the model number, the band information could be on the front, the back, the bottom, or inside the battery compartment. On the receiver, look for a sticker on the back or the front. On a bodypack, look for a label on the front or for a sticker on the back near the belt clip. On a handheld transmitter, look for a sticker inside the battery compartment or a label near the display. If you still need help, please reach out to Support at shu.re/contact

Great tutorial, thanks for this!
How do we add the information of the infrastructure and the environment if all my devices are offline?
