Do you know how much these units sell for vs asking price? I don’t think selling price data is readily available like it is in the UK with the land registry. Its helpful for buyers if they can make comparisons with recent sold prices. Or do people just put in a cheeky cash offer for 25-30% below asking?

Yeah that's a good point, it's hard to know what they actually sell for but yeah it's always best to put in a low offer and take it from there :)

Not sure tbh, most rentals will be long term, I think it depends what you're looking for. You may be best trying Airbnb
