Military Anthem of the People's Liberation Army (Chinese Military song)

The PLA's anthem was first written in 1988 by Gong Mu and Zheng Lüchen. The song is about the origins of the PLA (Peoples Liberation Army) and how it was formed from peasants and workers to fight off the counter revolutionaries during the Chinese civil War (1927-49). The song goes over the victories of the PLA led by Mao Zedong.
