I really sympathize with your acne struggle! Maybe some of the new lush products from the new job (which seems to align with when your acne started acting up??) is giving you an allergic reaction or clogging your pores. Also, not sure if you’ve ever tried this, but diet can be a huge factor in acne. When I cut down on animal products (no fatty/greasy meats, no eggs, no dairy), sugar drinks, and artificial sweeteners, my acne improved A LOT. Even for hormonal acne, foods and ingredients can be hormone disruptors or even just clogging our liver and we cant digest the fatty and sugary toxins properly so it’s expressed through our skin. Maybe you started eating something back at home that you weren’t in BC that spiked it? Wishing you luck
Thanks for the advice! Yeah I've heard diet is a big part of it, I'm thinking sugar has a lot to do with my acne flair ups right now so I'm gonna try and consume less of that. I thought it might've been the Lush products too but it had been acting up before that so I pretty much ruled that out :)
Love it! Lush products rock
It's so brave from your part opening about your acné struggles and how it makes you feel
