She sounded such humble for the amount of business she built. Good video
These are extremely useful rules for anyone looking to grow rich. Unfortunately, the majority of individuals that see this video will be unable to implement the ideas. We may not like to acknowledge it, but as Warren Buffett famously stated, investing is like any other profession: it takes a certain amount of knowledge. It's no surprise that some people are losing a lot of money during the bear market, while others are profiting by hundreds of thousands. I'm just not sure how they do it. I now have around $570k to invest in the market.
Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely result in increased financial freedom. Individuals who understand money and investing may make sound judgments about how to save, spend, and invest their money. I know someone who made more than $350,000 in this recession-influenced market, but to the best of my knowledge, it was done through a financial advisor.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k....
How can I engage in this? I truly want to have a stable financial future and am willing to contribute. Who is fueling your success?
'Laurelyn Gross Pohlmeier' is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I just googled her now and I'm really impressed with her credentials. I reached out to her since I need all the assistance I can get.
I just turned 45 and awfully late to investing with barely any portfolio except my 401k, I have a decent amount of cash saved up and with inflation currently soaring AGAIN, I’m getting worried about retirement, my intention is to retire at 55. How best do I maximize my savings of over $300k
Retirement is now more difficult than it was in the past. it's all about balancing your risk tolerance with your long-term goals. Maybe consider speaking to an advisor to help in diversifying your portfolio to spread out the risk.
Many people often underestimate the effectiveness of a financial adviser in planning for retirement. Over the past 5 years, my FA has consistently restructured and diversified my portfolio and expenses, resulting in over $1 million in gains. While it might not seem like a huge amount, retirement now feels within reach.
Hello, I'm interested in trying this out. Who is your FA, I'm gasping for breath. Have been doing things myself but it's clearly not working
My FA, Judith Lynn Staufer, is a renowned figure in her field. I recommend researching her name online; you’ll find all her credentials and everything you need to work with a reliable professional. With many years of experience, she is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
Thanks a lot for this suggestion. I needed this myself, I looked her up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon.
One lesson I've learnt from billionaires is to always put your money to work, and diversifying your investments. I'm planning to invest about $30k of my savings in stocks this year, and I hope I make profits.
You are right. The best approach I feel is to diversify investments- by spreading investments across different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown.
That makes sense. I’ve been using a financial market expert for two years now and I own a six-figure diversified portfolio from investing in stocks. I want to diversify more this year, though.
I really want to get in with a financial advisor this year, especially as all markets are hitting highs. I don't want to be too optimistic and end up losing everything.
The advisor that guides me is Sonya lee Mitchell, most likely the internet is where to find her basic info, just search her name. She's established.
I just curiously searched her up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon. Thank you
Amazing content! I have been following your videos for sometime now, consistently kicking down Wall Street doors for two years now, I have over $320k in stocks. Currently, my portfolio is down by 15%. Wondering if they're any short term opportunities I can invest in.
I agree that there are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy or market condition, but such executions are usually carried out by investment experts or advisors with experience
Reason I decided to work closely with an brokerage-adviser ever since the market got really tensed and the pressure became so much(I should be retiring in 17months) so I've had an brokerage-adviser guide me through the chaos, its been 9months and counting and I've made approx. 650K net from all of my holdings.
Glad to have stumbled on this comment, Please who is the consultant that assist you and if you don't mind, how do I get in touch with them?
Elisse Laparche Ewing is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
She appears to be well-educated and well-read. I ran an online search on her name and came across her website; thank you for sharing.
please get more such people often. good work bring this to audiences.
I've always wondered how top investors make millions. I have $545K from a home sale and I'm unsure whether to invest in stocks now or wait for a better opportunity.
Yes, a good number of folks are raking in huge 6 figure gains in this downtrend, but such strategies are mostly successfully executed by folks with in depth market knowledge
I agree. Based on personal experience working with an investment advlsor, I currently have $985k in a well-diversified portfollo that has experienced exponential growth. It's not only about having money to invest in st0cks, but you also need to be knowledgeable.
I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financlal future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?

Key takeaways :
- Long-Term Perspective: Wealthy investors' ability to stomach volatility and focus on long-term returns differentiates them from retail investors.
- Global Diversification: It's essential for managing risk and capturing growth in different markets.
- Private Market Potential: Despite higher risks, private markets are attractive due to their access to innovation and potential for high returns.
- Active Management: Ongoing adjustment to portfolio allocations in response to market trends is crucial.
- Comprehensive Wealth Services: Holistic wealth management, considering life events and non-investment needs, is valued by the wealthy.
I'm already investing in stocks by watchiing youtube videos, but my portfolio of around $120k is not getting much yield. what strategy should I ue at this point to make gains?
diversify into different asset classes but DYOR before investing. If you lack extensive market knowledge, consult a financial advisor to help you.
Accurate asset allocation is crucial, I used hedging strategies to allocate part of my portfOlio to defensive assets for market downturns. Expert guidance is vital for achieving this. This approach has helped me stay finan-cially secure for over five years, yielding nearly $1 million in returns on invest-ments.
pls how can I reach this expert, I need someone to help me manage my portfolio

I am a Nurse and have been investing for a few years. I have reached a point where I could benefit from financial advice to improve my $200,000 portfolio for retirement, how do I maximize my ROI?
You didn't provide detailed information about your portfolio makeup. However, I recommend seeking guidance from a financial advisor for a well-informed portfolio restructuring.
Opting for an inves-tment advisr is currently the optimal approach for navigating the stock market, particularly for those nearing retirement. I've been consulting with a coach for a while, and my portfolio has surged by 85% since 2023

Sometimes, i feel protecting your capital is much more important than making money. I'm approaching retirement with comfortable millions, yet scared of a market crisis and how to benefit from a possible correction. Where do I best grow my money?
Diversify… T bills, CDs, Gold, dividend stocks, Municipal bonds, Bitcoin, Real estate, etc assets speak when cash has no value
imho, while the market is open to opportunities both in bullish and bearish times, expert guidance is essential for effective portfolio management.
@SlowrideHome91Bravo! I've worked in real estate for over 25 years and have neglected a major stock portfolio, however I need a different plan now... mind if I look up the professional guiding you please?
I just googled her now and I'm really impressed with her credentials. I reached out to her since I need all the assistance I can get.
Sitting position is discomfort for both of them. First be comfortable then start interview
Is she sitting with a client.. your posture determines how much you are comfortable to open up..
Thanks man for noticing, even i felt that.
why dont you guys first get comfortable
Wow!!!! Such a beautiful orator. Wonderful. I just felt to keep listening...
On average, millionaires invest 20% of their household income each year. Their wealth isn't measured by the amount they make each year, but by how they've saved and invested over time. I have made a lot of money during the last 6 years, mostly with tech stocks. This year alone i've made over $300k in profits from the first two quarters 2024. The lesson I've learned is to focus on what I believe to be good investments and to do completely the opposite of what the noise is saying. I'm 100% invested long.
Agreed. My dividends are look solid too but I'm down 10% on growth stocks. The fact that we have not hit bottom yet scares even more. How did you achieve it?
I am diversified using copy trading system. Copy the gurus, more so one with experience of the past bear markets. I copy Mary Freed Lorenz, a US registered CFA. Tbh it's been a huge relief, good returns with little engagement on my part. My aggressive portfolio is still kicking in huge figures. The beauty of this method is that you don't give out funds here, it stays right in your acc, while your accounts mirrors her trades in real time
The markets have done well in periods of increasing interest rates by the Fed. So don't be so quick to sell, If you see a downtrend, fly into it slowly maybe purchasing a little stock every week. This is called dollar cost averaging which will reduce the cost per share of the stock you're buying.
I took a glance at your advisor online, she seems proficient having passed the exams and all. still conducting my due diligence, I'll hold my horses till i hear back from her. I need insight on how to make the best of my predicament.
You will find it better to pay a little bit more for peace of mind than worry about market trends and still get burned. I'm MUCH more interested in buying stocks now that they are cheap.
The moment she is moving to large cap , sounds she is yet another fund manager.
When she is not ready to take risk, for example she mentioned by October/November she moved from small / mid cap to large cap, i believe she was worried about 5 state election results.
But the luck favoured the small and midcap players since October2023.
Anyways, some knowledge gained from this video.
19:47 FoF - Fund of Funds charge expense ratio twice, better to go ahead with ETF investing for long term, which are cost effective and also capital appreciation is huge.
In case of Pvt equity one need DYOR (Do Your Own Research) as the risk involved are higher recent dissolution of reliance retail after Metro Store Acquisition was a pain for Pvt investors.
Apart from these one can diversify the risk globally with Growth based foreign ETF.
For HNI this video is applicable as many of them pledge their shares to raise capital or opt for SLBM to reinvest capital abroad, for retail investors it's not scalable in long run as almost half the capital gets eroded as taxes, expense ratio, GST, TDS etc...
Good session, but conversation appeared very surface level stuff. Not much take away for a common man..anyway thanks
Nothing much was there for common man in the first place.
@@crewneckdeath6801 hehe
Most of such conversations looks at surface level and they dont much details
Rather than having a big sofa, please have two single elephant sofa and two different angle, steaming simultaneously with 50% of screen watch how podcasts are done. The guest is really uncomfortable while sitting in this setup
I want her patience and clarity in my life 😊
top class interview and so much i have learned from thsi interview Neil ! Thanks for this. Please do more of such interviews
Such a soothing voice
4RA ke live games bohot engaging hain, real-time excitement milta hai, pura maza aata hai
Can anyone explain in simple words: What's private mkt, public mkt and other concepts discussed here?
PRIVATE IS UNLISTED COMPANIES... PUBLIC IS LISTED..
The lady is calm, quite ad has huge patience......just right fit for private market...😊👍
Overall she explained the stuff quite nicely, thanks.
That's some money mind bending numbers shows how concentrated the wealth in India really is.
Very very happy with this talk and discussion. Great work team Mint
when she says domestic markets will give staggering returns, its time to invest heavily in domestic public markets
Quite insightful
A single camera set up so you see everything from same angle throughout such long video? Cmon Mint, it's 2024. Raise your game..
Mujhe 4ra ke recalculations feature bohot pasand hai, kabhi bhi galti hoti hai toh turant correct ho jata hai
Finally something for rich person like me 😊
The question should be how people become rich ?
Start a business in any sector of your interest.
Your questions are very good for investors,it clears any doubts to know more about the sector in which is the in thing to choose,i wish to know about your esteemed organization for which we shall be interested to get associated, thankyou.
TOPIC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT.SITTING ARRANGEMENT IS THE ARRANGED MARRIAGE TYPE.
1st rules- Rich know how to avoid paying tax.
Haan bhai, 4RA pe deposits karna bohot easy hai, bohot saare options available hain
Bhai 4RA ka interface user-friendly hai, fair betting aur odds se aur bhi maza aata hai
She said at 5:47, "spray and pray", not spring break. It's a gaming term. Also, your subtitles are incorrect from top to bottom which are done most likely by an AI, but use your mind, maybe.
Comes from military usage. Gaming came after that.
For common Retail investors Index investment is best with good returns in the last ten years and safe, when you needed not to understand the company, it's business model, not fear of loss
Really enjoyed this interview! The way wealthy investors handle volatility is impressive. I’ve started diversifying with crypto through My Digital Money to keep pace with inflation. Anyone else thinking about adding crypto into their investment mix?
Nice insights
Good to see successful woman not playing diversity card!!
She must open her TH-cam channel to help people guide. Please mam consider it.
When you spread out over a lot of geographies then you end up capturing not just growth but also slow phases of all of them. Not a good strategy to diversify for its own sake but should be done with knowledge and foresight..
Very good
Private market is extremely risky almost 95% Start up die . So it's not easy for commoners to invest in private not listed company. You can make lot of money being invested in public market.Aim is to make money not to invest in newer areas you can always invest later on once they come public.
What is the best option for long term option like 10 to 15 years ??
Yaar 4ra pe crash games sabse interesting hain, quick aur fun, kabhi bore nahi hote
Can I start SIP of 10 lakhs per month? Is that possible? I want to invest in 3 different mutual funds with 10 lakhs per month in each fund
10lakh per month 🙏
good information
It’s new learning. But it’s the future
4rabet ka support team bhi bohot helpful hai, koi bhi problem hoti hai toh turant resolve kar dete hain
What a lady , man. Amazing
How can I consult?
stop background music (irritation) when interview starts.
Who the hell put background music when someone talk..
Bhai 4ra pe fast withdrawals aur easy deposits ki wajah se maza aata hai khelne me, no tension
Bhai 4ra ke variety of games se kabhi bore nahi hote, hamesha kuch naya khelne ko milta hai
I think finance minister paid for this video... How to invest? Income tax, income gain tax, indexation tax, long term investment income tax, bla bla. Are you encouraging for investing?????😂😂😂😂😂
Why the background lighting effect, very disturbing to the eyes
Invest only in your own country's progress.
Exactly 💯
We are global citizen ('vishwa manava').
...yea so that the bigShots of india can invest outside....and then fund parties which sell you this idea......if bigshots invest only in India then I your narrative makes sense
4rabet ke wheel games bhi bohot enjoyable hain, kabhi kabhi lucky ho jaate hain aur bada jeet jaate hain
Bhai 4rabet pe live casino se lekar crash games tak sab kuch hai, pura entertainment package
4rabet ke casino games ka experience hi alag hai, Vegas jaisa feel aata hai
Yaar 4rabet pe withdrawals itne fast hain, kal withdraw kiya aur aaj paisa aa gaya
camera angles are not so cool. this is not the best sofa for a face to face interview / chat..
interesting, but talk is not so frank. I still do not understand why would someone invest so much for such below average returns.. something fishy in the talk
Fix your subtitles first, damn it, they have been quite misleading at many points in time over the course of this video
Very informative video, thank you, but would rate your closed captions 0/10
Close up shot should be there in an interview
While the interview is good and useful, the camera placement is not appropriate.
The camera should focus on the person talking.
4rabet pe live betting ka thrill hai, fair odds ke saath jeetne ka chance bhi zyada
4ra pe cricket betting ka thrill alag hi level ka hai, IPL season me toh pura din laga rehta hoon
Stop the background music 🎶
4rabet pe betting karne ka pura maza hai, kabhi bhi unfair nahi lagta
They are sleeping....
How do reach people invest & middle class shouldn't invest 😅 should be the title!!!!

Poor audio quality. Stop the background music .
I dont understand , what is the use of such videos, which is of no use for retail investors. People with 10+CR to invest wont look at such videos to take investment decisions.
your own subtitles are pathetic. Next time make sure your subtitles are correct if you are going to embed them in video
She can't even use the word 'the' properly in a sentence, yet she's the head of a firm. Lol.
veryslow and boring
Podcast to theek hai lekin, bhai shoes remove krke jaya kro next time se kisi ke ghr me.
You think the Jhunjhunwalas and Khannas got ruch by playing on level field you are either naive or lying.. keep telling fairy tales
You should then provide insights. I have also made significant money by mimicking Rakesh Jhunjhunwala in last 15 years and to me it was very clean.
